Getting to Paradise is super easy. The easiest way to get here is taking a taxi from your cruise ship/hotel. It is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride and runs about US$16 each way (per TAXI not per Person) for a car for up to four people. There are also taxi VANS that takes up to 8 people.

What To Expect

Book your Paradise Beach day pass online in advance and receive your voucher via email, which you can show at the beach club entrance to receive your day pass wristbands. Then spend your time inside relaxing on your reserved beach loungers overlooking the water for as long as you’d like.

Take a dip in the ocean or the heated pool, order unlimited food and drinks at the on-site restaurant or from your beach chairs, and use the on-site amenities like showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. For an extra charge, you can access the inflatables anchored just offshore or book parasailing or banana boat rides.

We had a great tour with Keylie! She was very sweet, knowledgeable and took us all around to the local spots that we wanted to see. We loved seeing the island and meeting the sloths and monkeys was the highlight of our tour. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

Awesome place!! We had 8 in our group and had a blast. Food was nice & fresh, plenty of food & drink options. Our waiter took very good care of us.

We’ve been to other beach clubs in Cozumel but Paradise is best one yet. Service, Drinks, food are exceptional. The huge pool was pristine, bathrooms were super clean and neat with a full time attendant. Walk out on the pier and swing over the water, definitely try the coconut shrimp, Ask for Jesus as your beach attendant, his team was amazing!

Nice beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Very attentive staff. There were 7 Cruise ships at the port. Did not feel over crowded at all.

The beach was beautiful! A little crowded but I expected that. They do not say that the excursion is exclusive but doe not include that water trampolines and activities. I also ordered a drink with one of the servers and he never came back with it and I waited almost 2 hours.

Beautiful beach. Too notch service. We were taken to our lounge chairs and never had to get up for drinks or food. Luis & Roger took excellent care of us! When we return to Cozumel, we will return!

We loved it all. The beautiful grounds, impeccable service, great food and drink. I appreciate the clean restrooms as well. Thank you for a lovely day. One suggestion would be to have small paper bags for the purchases made in the gift shop. When you spend a lot of money and are not even given a bag to take your purchase home in it’s a bit disappointing. I realize we could have purchased a bag for $3.00.

Great place, awesome staff! Never went more than 15 minutes without someone checking on us. Ade and Saul were amazing. When we go back, we’ll DEFINITELY book this again!!!

It was a great experience. Enjoyed the water. There were swings on the boardwalk.

They sold way too many tickets. Way too many people. Then told us we had to buy another bracelet for our kids to do the jump things in the water. Almost didn’t give us a lounge chair for the beach, because they said they were out of them. Wanted us to sit at a table way back until we complained.
