  • Not available for travelers with limited mobility, back/neck probems, recent surgeries (6 months), heart/lung diseases, asthma (snorkeling portion) and/or epilepsy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

It was an overall great experience at the Torruga beach club. We stayed for 2.5 hours. The first 45 minutes we did parasailing with captain victor and david and they were hilarious and made us feel comfortable and safe being it was our first time parasailing. Then we had lunch and the shrimp carbonara and piña colada was awesome. After that we went snorkeling using their equipment available to all guest which was sanitized in between uses. There were so many fish! They had a ramp which made it easy to get into the water without having to step on the rocks. I would definitely go back!

Captain Victor and David are awesome at what they do! Really explained things quickly and was efficient at getting the items together and getting us in the air and back down safely. The scenery is beautiful as you would imagine up there! Thank you all for an amazing experience! We will be back to parasail again with you.

Very easy to get to as many taxi drivers knew the location well. At the front, the sign-in desk was able to quickly get us to the parasailing area. The captain was great giving us instructions and allowing us to stay in the air for a good amount of time, driving us around some great areas in the time we were in the air.

This experience was completely amazing. The crew made everything fun. And they were quick with responding to my emails right before the excursion, as we had another excursion planned right before this one and wasn’t sure how to get there. But they gave us directions and a experience we’ll never forget. I will definitely recommend parasailing with them.

This activity was very disappointing. When we first arrived to the beach club at 12:50, we were told that we have to wait 20 minutes until the boats arrive. We booked our activity for 1pm. We were told to sit down and drink and eat. We ordered our food and the gentleman approached us in an unmannerly way rushing us to get on the boat because they were running late! The gentleman who was rushing us did not welcome us and did not give us clear instructions on what we should do because it was our first time. We were asking questions and being ignored. He was very rude towards us and our parasailing activity was cut short because they were running late. Towards the end of the activity he began to be nice and ask for tips based off their service. Once he saw that I did not tip them he said you’re welcome for not tipping us in Spanish. He did not know I understood Spanish and I responded in Spanish. My experience was horrible on my birthday. It should have been enjoyable. The beach club looked a mess as well and no one seemed to care about our feelings and experience. I will never book with them again.

I was beyond disappointed. The gentleman who drove the boat was very nice. The gentleman who gave the directions on what we should do when parasailing and assisted with getting the equipment on us was beyond rude. He was very inpatient and spoke to us in a rude tone. He spoke nicely at the end when asking for a tip smh. The beach was a disappointment. There was so many rocks on the beach. I don’t know how you would get in the water. After the parasailing we left and headed back to the ship. We did not stay at the beach club. Overall a disappointment.

Parasailing was really fun but we were not in the air for 12 minutes as the description states & the guide rushed us the entire time. For the price 12 minutes already seems short but we were only in the air half of that time.

My fiance and I traveled here during our cruise and it was a really amazing time! The taxi ride over only cost about $12-$15 and the taxis were right out front. We arrived close to our booked time, so the ship was very timely. We boarded and the guides took no time in getting us harnessed up and very quickly flying through the air. The sight of the beautiful ocean was awesome and the amount of time in the air feels longer than the 15 minutes or so that you have. Afterwards, we snorkeled and walked along the beach which was a great way to relax after the excitement. My biggest suggestions for anyone interested would be to account for the weather when planning your trip, since a storm will mean you'll have to get out of the water, and don't expect much time between boarding and sailing over the ocean because the guides do not waste time in sending you up!
