5 star rating: Highly Recommended March 2016

Eric was awesome! Our ship was two hours late unloading, so Eric sent the first group off with another guide and waited for us himself. He also accommodated some friends who didn't have a reservation. Then Eric led us all on the tour. The tour itself was awesome. A full 3 1/2 hours that covered much of the island. My teenage son loved the off road part of the tour, as did we all. Highly recommend!

1 star rating: I do not recommend this September 2016

There were a number of things that went wrong with this trip, starting with being delayed over an hour while we waited for last minute guests to arrive. In fairness, they did ask if it was ok to wait but we thought maybe 15-20 minutes at max, not over 60. Once we got going, there was equipment failures and other delays that caused us to be rushed as we needed to get back to our cruise ship for a dinner reservation in one of the specialty restaurants that we paid extra for. I do want to say that the owner, Eric, who was not there when we started and was unaware of our issues during the tour, was very nice and drove us back to the ship personally. Not looking to take money out of his pocket but I did want to share my sincere disappointment in this excursion.
