We enjoyed the 7-hour tour of Fort Worth/Dallas. The time was well spent. A lot of information was presented during the van ride to specific tour places. We especially liked the Stockyard experience and the other many stops.

William the tour guide...

William the tour guide was very rude for a few reasons but I'll focus on the main one. Original departure was 10a. the night before they changed it to 930a. I know that is only 30 minutes but that made the difference in my friend missing the tour arriving at 945am. I got there at 915am and asked him to please wait. But he literally refused. I called and got a refund. I understand it was her fault for being 15min late. But if they did not change the time last minute, we would have been fine. I never met a tour guide who was so not understanding and rude. We had been planning this tour for yrs and finally got it on our calendar and drove a distance to get there. I would not recommend this tour operator.

Dear customer. Thank you for your review. I hope you read it yourself before you post it. We inform you the night before, not last minute. We ask everybody to be 15 minutes before the time. Not 15 minutes after the tour depart, we have a schedule to keep, and should be respectful to other people who was on time and ready to depart.. Please get more responsible with your timing. Thank you.
Fortworth definitely WORTH the visit

When I booked this, I thought it was a whole day tour (It was) but it was two separate tours which didn't matter. The Dallas part of the tour was ok, but I much preferred the Fortworth Tour part. We had about 1.5hours of free time in Fortworth to explore, shop and get some lunch. We ate at Risckys Steakhouse (the best BBQ we had on our trip). If someone asked me about this tour i would still say to do both.

Loved the free time in Fort Worth. Cool to see the cattle drive and to feel the cowboy vibe! There isn’t a whole lot to see in Dallas but this tour certainly covered it all. Thanks for working on a very cold day!

This trip was well worth it!! I visited Dallas with my son and my nephew and wanted to maximize our time there. This trip concentrated on the most visited sites in Dallas and Fort Worth Stockyards. The driver (Kevin) was funny and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour. Please note that as of this writing, the trip did not include a visit to actual The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza but only to the Dealey Plaza National Historic Landmark District. Still, highly recommended and worth every penny,

Preston was our tour guide and did a wonderful job! We saw everything that needed to be seen in Dallas and then went over to Fort Worth. Well worth the money. Preston is a wealth of Dallas/Ft Worth information.

My tour guide was Matt. He's a bit of a conspiracy theorist, but that added to the enjoyment of the tour for me. He provided a lot of information. For the Dallas portion, we were in the van more than I thought. I got decent enough pictures from the vehicle, but I'm sure others would've liked to get out and explore more vs. sitting on the side of the road for 15+ minutes at multiple spots. I enjoyed the Fort Worth portion too. I'm not into shopping much, but there are various stores and restaurants to peruse. Horse drawn carriage rides, horseback riding, ice skating, a maze, and mechanical bull riding were some of the available activities.

Dallas in a day

Great tour. We only had one full day in Dallas. We wanted something that hit all the main spots so we could tick everything if the list. This was great especially the time spent in Fort Worth. The van was clean and our guide was very knowledgeable. The tour finished at 5pm and we managed to walk to Reunion tower to catch the sunset at 5:30 so the timing was perfect.

Asked tour guide to turn down the heat as did others on the van and he did but it was still uncomfortable. Asked a total of 3 times, still too hot.. also asked him a question about Dallas and it wasnt answered. Didnt finish the tour cause it was too hot and when messaging the company for at least half of the refund of the half of the tour I didn’t take and they refused. Up until now, I have always booked my tours through viator. They may have just lost a loyal customer!!!
