Despite the guide waiting for people who turned up late, and being on a tight schedule, we still got the full 2+ hours. The segway part was great. The tour guide had limited knowledge of areas, for example replying with "I don't know, I don't come here." To be fair, the guide was really pleasant and helpful. Just not much information on anything. The Segways are great fun though and the weather was top!

Mitch did an amazing job. He made sure everyone was comfortable on the Segways prior to starting the tour. This was my first time on a Segway and I had a great time. The tour was excellent and it was great to see Dallas from the ground level rather than a tour bus. I highly recommend this tour.

Good morning, You no-showed the reservation. Your tour guide was at the office ready for you. You sent a Viator message just 30 minutes before your tour started. Your tour guide was already setting up Segways for your tour and the other customers. Doesn't seem fair that you no-showed your reservation and now leave us a 1 star review.
