What You Can Expect

Darwin City Sights Scooter Tours

Morning Scooter Tour

Make your own way to the meeting point on Mitchell Street in central Darwin to meet your guide and small group of no more than five people. After a brief demonstration and time to practice the basics of driving your scooter, hop aboard and follow your guide on a thrilling circuit of the city.

Listen to your guide’s commentary through your helmet headsets as you zip around Darwin, passing key landmarks such as Parliament House, the Supreme Court, and the Government House. Stop along the way to admire the views from East Point, take photos of Mindil and Vestey's Beach, and glide along Cullen Bay.

After a 2-hour circuit of the city, depending on the tour option chosen, use your provided vouchers to enjoy an Iced Coffee at Pauls Top End (morning scooter tour), a drink at a Mitchell Street bar (afternoon scooter tour), a delicious seafood lunch at the Darwin Fish Market (seafood lunch tour), or an atmospheric sunset BBQ dinner at a waterfront restaurant (dinner tour).

1 star rating: I do not recommend this October 2016

Might as well hire a scooter for 2h and ride around Darwin on your own. Paid for a dinner tour with complimentary drinks but was only given a tour. There was no headset on the helmet so no commentary except when there was a stop. The group was too big and so those behind got lost as many as 5 times.
