Good service, clean and mostly what one would expect. On one of the bus stops they were very late in arriving but when we complained and don't be afraid to do so, we were given an extra on top of the services paid for.
This is an excellant way to see alot of Dubai and its history, including a day trip to Abu Dhabi, soo glad we did this, the staff on the hop off hop on are super friendly and have a good knowledge, the 2 hour trip was comfortable in an A/C shuttle bus, need this in 48 degree heat!!!
Excellent value. A great way to see a lot in a short period of time.
Very good option to get to know main points of interest in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Punctual and kind service.
An ideal way to see all the highlights, most informative and helpful staff. Too much to see and so little time. Abu Dhabi is A MUST DO, as is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the Dhow Cruise
Very well organized from A to Z. At every bus stop was a representative of Big Bus. Could not have been any better. Due to the very intense heat of around 45 degrees celsius sitting on the outdoor bus deck was only possible for a couple of minutes.
this was exciting and a wonderful way to see the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi.
We were transported from Dubai by shuttle and returned by shuttle.
The Big Bus staff were excellent.
Great value for money.

Its a lot to see in one day specially in Dubai. In Abu Dhabi if you are planning to go to the Ferrari park, it will obviously be the only thing you will be able to do. The staff is very helpful.
Excellent, great service, but had to take a taxi from last stop back to boarding stop. Customer should be made aware.
An awesome way to get around Dubai. Could not get off at all stops due to too little time. Staff very helpful.
This was an excellent opportunity to see both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The buses ran regularly and the commentary was excellent. Unfortunately there was no info available on the Yas Island leg. Staff were very helpful and there was always cool bottled water available much needed in the 49degree heat. Bought the two day pass for both cities ... Needed to go to the main bus terminal to get the bus between the two but this was cheap and easy and only took about an hour. Great way to get around.
The hop-on hop-off tour is always a must for me but I was confused about the logistics of the 2-day pass and sadly because of that I missed the whole Abu Dhabi trip that I had paid a premium for.
Hop on hop off tours were great. My only improvement to the Abu Dhabi ticket would be to operate longer into the day or offer more frequent buses. We caught the only shuttle from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and never made it around the entire loop that day. This might have been due to travelling at the end of September. Maybe there are more frequent buses earlier in the summer. Overall a great way to see the highlights of two cities.
Pay close attention to which city you have to check in and pick up your tickets.
First off, it's hard to find the actual stops on the map. Even the folks at the hotel had a difficult time explaining to us where to catch the bus. The Dubai portion was fine. the Abu Dhabi portion was a waste of time. First, you have only one option to catch the shuttle to Abu Dhabi and that's at 8am at the Mall of the Emirates. We were packed in the shuttle like sardines for an 1.5 hour trip to Abu Dhabi. We were dropped off at the grand mosque and were told that the shuttle returned to Dubai at 6pm. Here's the issue. If you wanted to do the city tour, the bus wouldn't pick you up for an hour. If you wanted to do the Yas loop then the bus came every 3 hours. So really, all we had time for was literally a loop around Yas, a visit to the Grand Mosque and one stop on the city tour. There just wasn't enough time. To make this a worthwhile trip, they really need to pick up patrons more frequently. I wouldn't recommend the Abu Dhabi portion of the trip.....
The transfer from Dubai to Abu Dhabi was very uncomfortable on the top of the bus and the time taken was much longer than indicated in your brochures. You should have a better mode of transport.
After the tour of the Dubai Creek we had to wait some considerable time for the bus to arrive to continue on our tour. Apart from the heat there were no seats available which is very unfortunate and uncomfortable for elderly passengers.
