Our visit to Burj Khalifa was a mind blowing experience, to this the tallest building in the world, not really a tour as we were expected to make our own way to the Burj ! The staff were very pleasant and most helpful at all times and it was an experience not to be missed, I would recommend that you try to visit around 10:00am as we did when the haze is clearing and visibility good and before too many people arrive !
Was well worth every penny Loved it. Remember to book in advance....
Everything went well. Email communication was good and we obtained all information before we came in to Dubai.
Fantastic experience and well worth paying extra to get to the top of the tallest building in the world , Superb
Don't be influenced by the photographers. I recommend purchasing the ticket for a view of the very top.

It's breathe taking to see the whole city at evening!!
Very quick and easy to get to the 124 floor. Views were spectacular. A little expensive but it was a once in a lifetime experience.
It is a great tour and worth lingering to read at all the information given on how this amazing building was constructed.
Excellent way to go up the tallest building in the world - skip the queues and pick the time suitable for you!
Our tour of Burj Khalifa was incredible. It was very informative, being able to see all the stages of it being built. The finished product is breathtaking, as are the views from the fully enclosed viewing platforms. There are also a wide range of souvenirs that can be purchased at the top as well. Amazing
Definitely need a ride to the TOP!!! It's breathe taking to see the whole Dubai at this height! World Tallest Buidling !!

An amazing experience. If I had time, I would have opted for the evening session.
My booking time was 19:30 but I arrived 10 mins late due to an earlier sightseeing tour arriving back late. I had no problems exchanging my voucher at the ticket desk. There was a bit of a queue after the ticket desk, people waiting for the elevator to go up. I guess there was a waiting time of about 30 mins before getting in the elevator. Once in the elevator it only took 60 secs to get to the top. It was night time when I went up but the views were still exceptional. I don't like heights so thought a night viewing wouldn't be as scary as daytime and I was able to get much closer to the windows that I expected. It wasn't too overcrowded at the top. I met up with some people who had booked earlier tickets 17:30 so they could get up the top for sunset but due to the volume of people they only just made it to the top for sunset. So, would suggest making sure you book your timeslot a couple of hours before sunset if that is what you want to see. Once at the top, you can stay as long as you want.
We upgraded our ticket to enable us to go up to the 148th floor and have to say that it was well worth the extra cost. Excellent experience.
