We were expecting the tour to consist of a minibus full of other tourists however we were presented with our guide Zahid Malik and a large comfortable air conditioned car all to ourselves. Zahid Malik ascertained what we had already seen and then proceeded to provide us with the most comprehensive 5 hour personal tour of Dubai city that we could have imagined. We had a brilliant time with him where he came with us to certain sights to explain the history etc and at others let us have our own space and plenty of time. Not only was he a great tour guide but he took some amazing photos for us. Next time we are in Dubai we will certainly look this guy up so he can show the many places we were not able to visit on this particular trip. Great guide, great tour, great city.

This was another great day. We drove and walked around this city for 6 hours and only scratched the surface. What an amazing place!! The amount of building work that is happening is incredible. Our driver was lovely and gave us a continuous commentary as we drove around. He also answered all our questions as well.

Phone number Viator had given us to confirm pick up was switched off. The tour company office phone went onto answer phone every time we tried. The hotel found me a number to ring which I did and was on the phone 15 minutes confirmed to pick up. When I got home the number was in USA and I had an 18 phone charge for the call. Tour was excellent, one of the best we've had. Great driver, took us everywhere. Poor service from Viator.

The tour was really good and I really liked the fact that it was a private tour. However the only thing that I would change is maybe eliminating the Dubai museum so that we could have spent more time in the Gold Souk. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was attentive to our needs and took tons of pictures for us. I enjoyed the tour immensely.
