Your desert experience begins at 3:30pm with pickup from your Dubai hotel, where you’ll greet your guide and board an air-conditioned, 4x4 SUV destined for the Arabian Desert. On entering the desert, you’ll visit an oasis and travel through a camel farm before stopping to watching a stunning sunset. Then, continue to a desert safari camp designed to represent a traditional Bedouin village to ride a camel, used as a means of desert transport by Arabs for centuries. If you’re a thrill seeker, try your hand a sand-boarding down sloping desert dunes or opt to ride a quad bike at your own expense. Recline on soft Arabian carpets with a shisha pipe as professional artists adorn your hands and feet with henna and, once decorated, pose for photographs wearing traditional Arabian dress — please note, if you wish to purchase photographs, this is at your own expense. Then, prepare yourself for the visual beauty of a belly dancing show, where professional dances swish and sway during a Tanoura dance performance. Following the show is the feast, which includes shawarma, salads, meze, Middle Eastern sweets, and more. Soft drinks and water are unlimited, but alcoholic beverages are at your own expense. Your tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel around 10:30pm.
Was a really good time, our tour guide ronaldo was so lovely as were all the people at camp. The photographer trying to see photos was a bit much, but you don’t have to buy. Apart from that it’s a great experience.
Thank you so much for your time in writing us back with your valuable feedback.
We are happy to know that your experience with us is pleasant.
We look forward to welcome you again in the near future.
Treated terribly and yelled at but meal and entertainment were good
after hour travel for other guests activity, left waiting further 2 hrs then driver got lost for 45 mins. Yelled at and verbally insulted. husbands had tour photo alone. arrived after dark so no pics. camel ride literally 20 metres in dark. no welcome dates/coffee, no time for henna tattoo or to look at anything around camp. However the meal and entertainment were very good. So disappointed as this was to be the highlight of our short stayover.
Please tell the world what actually happened.. You are hiding your mistake. You are pickup at 1545 hrs.. then we drove for an hour to reach the desert; because ABC Tours wanted give you the best desert experience. We select the best desert to offer you a safe and comfortable safari which is no challenge to your safety and comfort. There are desert in Dubai - simply drives 20 minutes from your hotel - majority of agents do safari here (but you will not be happy) - even though it cost a lot but still we are among those companies; who offer safari in the best desert of UAE.
Please be fair to tell the fact to the world- upon entering the desert you and your friend declared you are physically not fit for roller coaster ride - isn't true?. In our product it is advertised, our emails, our whatapp - 10 times inform all guest - that if you do not want roller coaster ride; we can take you directly without roller coaster ride even without an extra cost!!!!. It is desert, where there is no taxi - even no vehicle, it is more like a no man's land. We offered you an option to go directly to camp at this stage even, but your rest of the family do not agree to go back to the camp instead they wanted to do the safari (roller coaster ride).
Please tell us as a tour operator what can we do more? We had to send another jeep from the city to take you from the point, where we kept you waiting safely in an air conditioned room. Please tell us any other option left with us. Trust me - it is ABC Tours who send your another jeeps - otherwise you would have been destined to keep waiting at the meeting point until rest of your partners finish the dinner and come back, till the end of the program the same jeep would take you back to the hotel - which means you would have spend almost 5 hours in the entry point.
Your claim of 2 hours waiting is totally wrong and baseless - it took 1 hour and time from meeting point to the camp because another jeep take the same to reach from the city. It costed us 5 times more than you paid us. We apologize as that the second driver missed one exit, on the way to the camp with you. It is a not an honest review of two or three hours etc. It is our efforts and not looking at the cost - therefore you could reach the camp immediately after your family arrived at the camp. As per the driver, he was made nervous by both of you by shouting and insulting the innocent driver. Due to this delay we compensated with VIP upgrades and you enjoyed our facilities. It is indeed painful that instead of appreciating our efforts, you placed negative reviews. Please tell us so much punishment for a human error - please understand - it service industry - we are human being - we all make mistake. those who work in the industry understand more.. sometimes you wanted to give the best but landed at worse. However no negligence taken place instead we put extra care even losing so much money in arranging another jeeps for you.
You have not missed anything - your package is for camel ride - it is not a camel safari. I pray to almighty God to you another chance for a safari with another safari company, then you will realize that ABC Tours is the best. Madam you cannot expect a camel safari for this amount that you paid - Dubai is a world class city and safe city - here everything cost to par with most developed countries. Our safari is sold at the lowest price because the jeeps, the camp, the camels etc all our own property. There are around 500 tour operators but less than two dozen own a safari camp. Even the Chicken come from our own farm - if you go to 5 star hotel, you may not be served with corn-fed fresh chicken that we serve in our camp for less than USD 50 package for many things.
Once again please ask yourself what more a tour operator can do. Please read our product - with your consciousness if you think your review is valid one
Thanks you enjoyed our food and live entertainment. By the way no one force you not to do henna - the lady was there until all guest leave the camp. Its seems that you expect the henna lady to come to you, sorry this cannot be as all the other guests have done the henna perfectly. Nothing more we can do on this, It is painful- when we do the best still you are punished. Nevertheless - ABC Tours guarantee to provide the best of the best services available in the market to our guest even though our price is the lowest in market.
It was really good, there should be a way to give tips to the performers at the camp. Driver was really good and they should talk more and act like a guide so people can follow and make the trip as fun.
The safari had a perfect service. Our driver picked us up at the hotel with a nice car with perfect air con.
Our driver was very friendly and explained a lot about Dubai and the VAE.
The safari as itself was awesome driving in the dessert taking photos and nice food.
Sadly you need to wait for the others if you don’t want to drive the quad bike.
But all in all it was really awesome.
The sand dune bashing was the highlight and very enjoyable. However our driver didn’t introduce himself or provide any commentary. He was a driver not any sort of tour guide. The food was good at the Bedouin camp. The performances were also enjoyable.
