On entering the desert, you’ll visit an oasis and travel through a camel farm before stopping to watching a stunning sunset. Then, continue to a desert safari camp designed to represent a traditional Bedouin village to ride a camel, used as a means of desert transport by Arabs for centuries.

If you’re a thrill seeker, try your hand a sand-boarding down sloping desert dunes or opt to ride a quad bike at your own expense. Recline on soft Arabian carpets with a shisha pipe as professional artists adorn your hands and feet with henna and, once decorated, pose for photographs wearing traditional Arabian dress — please note, if you wish to purchase photographs, this is at your own expense.

Then, prepare yourself for the visual beauty of a belly dancing show, where professional dances swish and sway during a Tanoura dance performance. Following the show is the feast, which includes shawarma, salads, meze, Middle Eastern sweets, and more. Soft drinks and water are unlimited, but alcoholic beverages are at your own expense.

Your tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel around 10:30pm.

Starting with the best parts of this experience are definitely the Dune Bashing in the SUV along with watching the sunset in the Arabian Desert. The guide was very nice as well and he was very creative with the photo taking with my iPhone. The rest of the evening however were mediocre at best once we arrived at the camp. They offered us to hop on the camels out front but I could tell those camels are abused. I’m a big time meat eater and I’m not an animal activist by any means but even I have a heart. So my heart and conscience wouldn’t allow me to tolerate hopping on these camels or even watching them tortured. They offered us dates and Arabic coffee on arrival but there were flies all over the dates. I personally like my dates “fly free” so I had to pass on eating those. They said unlimited soda but they had about two flavors and were skimpy with the water and soda. It was kind of annoying. The show itself was boring. The bbq food took forever to prepare and wasn’t very good. I found myself wishing I was at my hotel away from this experience. The ride home took almost two hours and i was cramped in the third row of the Land Cruiser with no air conditioning.Even though people say a Desert Safari is a must when in Dubai, this particular Desert Safari is a “must not”. I think you get what you pay for, there are ones that are 3 times the price which if I were to guess, provide a much better experience.

If you want a good cross section of desert fun and culture, this is an excellent starting point. We were picked up from the hotel by our tour guide Sadiq and on the dune bashing he went fast enough to be fun without needing to hang on for dear life. While an optional extra (150 dirhams) the quad biking was easy enough for first timers while those with a little experience could hang back a little and use a bit more speed to make things fun (remember to take wrap-around glasses). There was lots of good, pre safari information about taking the correct clothing and what to expect and that the camel ride was just a short experience - which proved to be enough for most of the participants. We arrived at the camp just in time to see the sun set and were lucky enough to have a spectacular after-glow where the clouds glowed crimson. The food was very tasty and, to a tourist at least, appeared very authentic while the live show provided a great end to the event. We have already recommended the safari to colleagues staying longer in Dubai.

It's a great experience. Ahmad, our driver was excellent, he knew the area so good, even though we actually asked for a soft ride, at the end we where glad that we got the full experience. It isn't that bad. The food is great and the evening is full with entertainment.

Our experience was awesome. I wouldn't change a thing. Pick up and drop off was on time. Our guide was very funny ,interactive with us and made us feel very comfortable when he was driving. This was our last day /night in Dubai and it was a great lasting memory to leave with . I would differently recommend. Thank you .

It was a fantastic experience, even though I had gone to the racetracks with Ferrari, it impressed me, completely different. Our driver Jamshid from ABC Tours was very good as a driving style and as a guide explaining the details of the place, apreciated also by the GT pilots (Lamborghini). Very careful with tourists! Compliments! Is a "must2 experience at Dubai! I'll do it again as soon as possible!

I really enjoyed myself. It was definitely worth the money. Our driver Luqman made sure we screamed during the dune bashing segment. He's kind of sexy. haha. Also, I enjoyed petting the camels, the performances and the food at the camp site. I also, got to smoke shisa, which is one of my favorite things to do.
