What You Can Expect

Dubai City Sightseeing Tour with Burj Khalifa 'At The Top' Visit and Lunch

Ride the monorail in Dubai

Depart your central Dubai hotel by air-conditioned coach or minivan and travel to The Palm, Jumeirah — the artificial island shaped like a palm tree.
Ride the state-of-the-art Palm Monorail to the gigantic Atlantis, The Palm hotel, and visit The Lost Chambers (own expense): the hotel’s spectacular aquarium themed around the mythical lost city of Atlantis. With your guide, make your way to the showpiece: the vast Ambassador Lagoon that’s home to 65,000 marine animals. Ogle the exotic fish and marine creatures in the lagoon and then enjoy free time to look around at your own pace.
Afterward, stop for photos at the sail-shaped Burj Al-Arab hotel before driving to Dubai Museum, set in the 18th-century Al-Fahidi Fort in the old Bastakiya quarter.
Enjoy a guided tour, charting Dubai’s history through the artifacts and models as your guide sheds light on the city’s beginnings and fast-paced growth.
Next, break for a delicious, 4-course lunch at a local restaurant. Feast on dishes such as hummus and chicken biryani (mixed rice and meat), accompanied by mineral water and with additional drinks available to buy. See the Itinerary for a sample menu.
Ride a traditional abra across Dubai Creek and explore the colorful Spice Souk. Next, dive into the glittering Gold Souk and get tips from your guide as you haggle for great-value gold and jewelry.
Continue to downtown Dubai and visit the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building at 2,772 feet (828 meters) high. Ride the high-speed elevator to the ‘At the Top’ observatory on the 124th floor and drink in the panoramic, bird’s-eye views over the city.
Back at ground level, stroll to the nearby Burj Khalifa Lake and experience the early evening Dubai Fountain Show. Watch transfixed as the water jets and cascades light up in a rainbow of incandescent colors and dance in time to classical, pop and Arabic music.
End your tour here so you can enjoy the evening attractions of the area, or choose to finish your day out with a hotel drop-off.
Please note: A minimum of two people is needed on each booking.

5 star rating: Highly Recommended February 2016

We love the tour. It was a great experience. Lovely places to visit and a great guide and a great driver.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better August 2015

The tour guide was very poorly informed about dealing with the customers. Her information was perfunctory, at best. The duration of the tour was not 10 hours as indicated. Watching the fountains was conveniently left out. In temperatures of over 100 degrees, water given was 'hot'. It was over prized for what was delivered.

1 star rating: I do not recommend this January 2016

This was an all important tour as it was supposed to cover all the important landmarks in Dubai. However the Guide we had was not very familiar with all that was required to be done at each point. We lost about hours going round and round first at Atlantis, and then later at Burj Khalifa. The 'view' of Burj Al Arab for taking photos was provided from a distance of some 3 miles! The Guide did not provide any interesting commentary whatsoever. The lunch was provided at a less than mediocre restaurant, We had to take some coffee and tea too, for which we were charged at astronomical rates. Overall a highly unsatisfactory and hopelessly mismanaged tour. I wouldn't recommend Viator to anyone for booking this tour.
