What You Can Expect

Dubai Sunrise Seaplane Flight Including Dubai Creek Abra Boat Ride and City Sightseeing

Ride a traditional abra on Dubai Creek on this seaplane flight and city tour

Travel independently to the seaplane jetty at Jebel Ali in the early morning, and settle into your shared, 9-passenger Cessna aircraft. Listen to a safety briefing and feel the excitement as your plane rises up from the water for your 20-minute flight.

Enjoy the aerial views of Dubai’s skyline and sparkling Arabian Gulf. Climb to up to 1,500 feet (457 meters) and swoop around Dubai’s landmarks, including the sail-shaped Burj Al-Arab hotel and Palm Jumeirah.

Fly further out to sea to gaze down at The World, the stunning artificial archipelago of islands designed to resemble a map of the world. Then, soar back to the coast and snap photos of the ribbon-like Dubai Creek, before enjoying a smooth landing on the water.

Leave your plane and enjoy a short cruise along Dubai Creek on a modern water taxi. Refuel with complimentary tea and coffee as you cruise, and hear interesting commentary on the passing sights from your guide.

Step ashore in the Deira quarter and visit the Spice Souk. Explore the stalls piled with aromatic spices and herbs, and then swing by the Gold Souk. Meander past the gold and jewelry stores and perhaps snap up some goodies (own expense) to take home.

Call at Dubai’s Women’s Museum to chart the changing role of women in the UAE, and afterward, board a traditional abra exclusively reserved for your small group to ride across Dubai Creek.

Admire the dhows — traditional Arabic trading boats — on the waters and go ashore at Bur Dubai, on the southern bank of the creek.

Here, visit Dubai Museum, housed in the 18th-century Al Fahidi Fort. Trace Dubai’s incredible transformation from fishing port to cosmopolitan city, and peek inside the nearby Textile Souk, noisy with vendors hawking bright-hued silks.

Lastly, stroll around Bastakiya, Dubai’s oldest quarter, to see its winding lanes and wind-tower houses, and round off your explorations with an included tea and coffee in this charming district.

Afterward, choose to leave your guide here so you can explore independently, or end your tour with a drop-off at Dubai Mall.

Please note: A minimum of two people per booking is required.

Worth every penny!!! Our tour guide was fabulous. She knew so much about the city - past and present. She made this tour a once in a lifetime adventure for us. She took us all over the city and explained so much about the culture and how it developed as well as the quickest way to get from one point to another and the best stops for items we were looking to purchase. The price may seem high to some people but I can say that it was beyond all my expectations!!
