Yes, I would provide for the clients, for the buffet, at least, hot soup as you need it when you come out of the water, in January, as the temperature in the water and once out can be cool when the wind is blowing.
Furthermore, the lunch buffet was NOT hot and this spoilt it for me. Eating chicken with rice should be hot. Also, they need to be more generous on the fruit portions, as offering one banana and apple at a time is not good policy. Also, more dates, with TAHINA sauce and a better selection would help. So the trip was nice but the culinary experience not so and at that price, it should have been.
