Great guide, interesting trip with good overview of 'the troubles'.
Absolutely worth it. Had a great tour guide, who talked and sang and was both clever and knowledgable.
This trip was absolutely splendid, mostly because of the extraordinary guide/driver, Bud, who was extremely well informed, very personable, highly engaging, kind, sweet and courteous, and a very skilled driver. I learned a great deal about Belfast and Ireland in general, and would happily do another tour, especially if Bud were the guide.
Fantastic tour - highly recommend it! After driving around Ireland for 2 weeks on our own we decided to take a tour. We usually don't take tours but this one sounded interesting - I am so glad we did. It was great to have someone else do the driving, find a parking spot and know where to stop. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy it - and we certainly did! Even my 13 year old son loved it! Caroline was the tour guide and she was a wealth of knowledge about Ireland, Belfast and all the sights along the way. She played music, managed the lot of us with all our needs and even belted out a ballad for us herself! Owen, the driver, handled the roads with expert precision. My son who is prone to motion sickness, didn't get ill, despite the winding roads, due to Owen's fantastic driving! We stopped frequently to see sights castle, church, Titanic in addition to meal breaks. Writing our own words on the Peace Wall was definitely a highlight for us. Highly recommend this tour! Ask for Caroline and Owen - they were fantastic!!
Absolutely worth the money and Sandra the driver and host was incredible!
She drove well, made the trip interesting with her commentary, joked and kept things light and happy even though my friend and I kept her and the bus waiting a couple of times while taking fotos...She was sweet with the children on the trip and could not have been more delightful!
This day-out is a long one, we left Dublin at 8 am and got back at 7 pm and it's very good value for the money...The one disappointment for us was how few of the passengers rewarded Sandra with a tip at the end of her long day, we did and she deserved it. Go on this day out, go with Sandra, enjoy Belfast and give her a tip please?
Yesterday, David was our driver. He was one of the best tours I have done. His knowledge is clearly very good and he communicated it well, without taking sides. David ensured we had a very enjoyable day.
I absolutely loved this tour and Alex the driver is a great tour guide as well with lots of stories about the area. Do yourself a favour when you get to Belfast and visit the Crown Hotel even if your not a beer drinker this pub has the best stained glass window out side of a church that you with see. Another place that will cost you nothing to see is the town hall it's beautiful
One of the most educational tours I and have ever been on. Great commentary and great background on the history of Belfast.
We loved our tour to Belfast and can and #39;t say enough things about our guide Sarah ! She was amazing . She was wealth of knowledge and history that she presented in such a fascinating way . She was friendly and really quite delightful. She also listened to the group to see what we wanted and needed ..
The tour and the guide of the tour were fantastic , one of the best tour guide what I have had before.i think her name Karolina may be not . It was June 1 , 2016 . Thank you
Informative, interesting. Darin hope I got that right was very informative and fun. Helped a great deal with understanding their checkered history. I don't understand violence but do understand the motivating forces behind the rebellion. The highlights are hit, but if you want more time at exhibits more than 30 minutesI suggest a longer tour. It did not include information on architecture and general history of the city. The focus was on the rebellion which is fine with me. Saw some beautiful bucolic countryside on the way back.
Stephanie was a wealth of information and made the experience really interesting. We went off the beaten path as well which was a real bonus and got to see so much of the country that i would probably never see in my lifetime.
All in all a great day out with a quality guide
Guide Alec was most gracious. Wonderful experience into so much we had only heard about in the news.
Ótimo tour apesar de Belfast não possuir o mesmo clima alegre de Dublin.
Mesmo assim vale a visita!
Our tour guide Caroline was very informative and explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. The day used out time well with enough time to explore Belfast that a day trip allows. I would recommend this trip.
Fantastic tour. Shane and #39;s a great guide in terms of being informative and for entertainment value. Recommend this tour as it gives a flavour of Belfast for those with limited time.
Only negative was with the admin staff who almost cancelled tour and were not proactive in contacting customers.
This was a great tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about Northern Ireland. inresting to see the differences in Dublin and Belfast.
You will see some beautiful countryside, but this tour is mostly about the troubles. Maybe not the best for younger kids, but the tour brought home to me all of those events we only heard about when I was younger. We had a great guide who made each stop interesting and who put everything into its appropriate context. A thoughtful tour.
Excellent. This day trip gives you approx. 2 hours of free time in Belfast. You also go back to Dublin via the back door and get to see some spectacular scenery.
