Why Travelers Choose This Tour

Save money and the hassle of arranging booking transport by joining this tour to Ireland's top attractions.
Greet your guide at a central Dublin location and climb aboard a luxury, air-conditioned coach destined for County Kildare. Gaze at the rolling green hills of the Irish countryside, and listen to commentary from your guide as you go.

After passing through picturesque areas like County Tipperary and County Kildare, arrive at the ancient fortress of Blarney Castle, famed for one of Ireland’s best-loved treasures, the Blarney stone. Ascend to the castle’s tower to kiss the Blarney stone and receive, according to legend, the skill of speaking in a charming and eloquent manner.

Travel onward to Cahir Castle and the Rock of Cashel in County Tipperary. Hear the legends that surround the imposing twin towers of the cathedral and take a guided tour of the structure’s Hall of Vicars and Cormac’s Chapel, home to the oldest Romanesque wall painting in Ireland.

Return to the coach for the journey back to Dublin, where the tour concludes.

We have plenty of time at every stop to see everything except the last stop. I would have liked about 20 more minutes there. Overall the driver was entertaining. The buses are nice with reclining seats and having WiFi was really ice.

Our guide was Joey and he was incredible! When I think of this tour I think of his funny jokes and the way he was always humming or talking and keeping us all awake. This is one of the most memorable tours we took during our 3 week European adventure.

We stopped at the Rock of Cashel first, which was amazing. The ruins are incredible and some of the graves were fairly recent. The view is amazing too, overlooking dairy cattle and rolling hills. There was a steep incline hike to get up to the Rock of Cashel, it may be difficult for some people.

After we were done here we went off to Cork for lunch and to stretch our legs. It was a nice stop. The bus left Cork and went to Blarney. For an hour Joey sang Irish folk songs. And talked and sang and talked.

Blarney was the highlight of the day. We didnt kiss the Blarney stone. According to our guide no one really knows which stone was the original kissing stone that gives the gift of gab. Some people go around and kiss all the stones on the premises. We figured it wasnt worth it and walked around the grounds instead. There were really cool waterfalls and old-time dog kennels. The grounds are spectacular! Also at Blarney there was an enormous all things Irish gift shop, that is a must!

Hopefully you love this tour as much as we did.

This was a early start day trip leaving at 650am but well worth it! We saw 3 castles Blarney bring the highlight. The grounds were beautiful especially with the fall colors. It helped I was blessed with sunny weather at Blarney Castle. The driver/guide was wonderful. This one is not to be missed.

Fantastic trip, our guide Alec was funny, knowledgeable and all around fantastic guide. Blarney was of course the gem but Cashel and Cahir were well preserved and stunning. I'm sorry it took me this long to do this tour.

It was my first trip to Ireland and I really enjoyed this tour. We hit 3 different castles which for me that is what I wanted to see most on my trip. Barry our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun.

Our guide/driver, Rob, was amazing. He was very informative and has the voice of an angel. You must use your time wisely at each stop, but Rob lets you know how you should go about getting the most out of your stops. One complaint I have was the music situation on the bus. We listened to the same handful of songs over and over and over again. Someone get Rob an auxiliary cord! HA!

The day trip was fabulous. Our guide told interesting historical and local stories as we traveled from Dublin to Cork. We enjoyed stopping at the Rock of Cashel (castle) and learning about St. Patrick and his crusade. We loved Blarney Castle. Unfortunately at Blarney Castle we had to wait 90 minutes to kiss the Blarney stone (Very popular tourist attraction) but enjoyed the beautiful park/botanical gardens around the Blarney Castle. On return we visited another castle and had a guided tour. Great day trip!
