My mom and I had Ruairi as our with local food guide. Ruairi was so accommodating to my mom's and I situation. Ruairi gave us a great food, awesome views, and lots of good laughs.

Ruairi was an excellent guide. Told great stories about the city and places we visited. Food choices were great and we had lots to eat and drink. We didn’t feel rushed and got to enjoy every stop. The tour is what we expected but price point seems a bit high when compared with similar food tours in other cities with same content and format. Overall highly recommend if you are comfortable with the cost.

Great tour with Mydie! She was very knowledgeable and nice. The food was wonderful...the smoked cod fish and chips were just fantastic. Finished up at the Stag bar where we hung out for a while after the tour. Great time!

A wonderful experience. Our guide, Mydie, was fabulous. All the food was good, and the mix of eating and walking worked well. Learned a lot about Dublin and Ireland, as well as Irish food and drink.

My family, a group of 8 adults, recently travelled to Dublin in August 2022. We all agreed that this tour was the highlight of our trip. Ruairi was an awesome tour guide and we loved all of the food, Guinness, and lesser known stories about the great city of Dublin. I would highly recommend the tour with Ruairi. Be sure to arrive with a good sense of humor and ready to eat!

Ruariri was amazing. This was so well worth it..he was Like hanging out with a friend showing you around the city I felt cared for like a daughter as well as a solo traveler thats important to feel safe it was great. I will be referring my travel guest to him when in Ireland 🇮🇪

Unfortunately our tour guide never showed after we waited at the location for 40 minutes. They were unable to reschedule our tour as well. I have not yet received a refund from With Locals or Viator.

Great tour but don’t eat before you go!

Mydie was a fantastic guide with lots of knowledge. We really enjoyed our tour of Dublin’s main sights. It was far more than ‘tastings’ though…. More like a 6 course meal!!!! Great value but we couldn’t eat that much food! Don’t eat lunch before you go!

Ok so this is a tasting tour. It’s not a buffet. I didn’t realize it was a solo tour for me. Even samplers could be quite a bit, if you’re doing solo or even for 2. The fried mashed potatoes with different flavors was, I thought, a creative way of cooking potatoes. The fish and chips is definitely quite a bit and a bit different than fish & chips I had in the past. It is a variety of typical Irish day-to-day foods and foods with cultural influences but with an Irish flare. The palafel with mozarella in it something new to me. The flavored nuts and sips of whiskey was an unexpected pairing! Love it! Murphy’s ice cream is deliciously creamy. Irish Brown Bread and Chocolate Whiskey (with liquor) flavors are my favorites. I skipped coffee. I kept the sausage in a roll for later that day. It was more than I could handle at that point. Overall I enjoyed the different tastes and flavors. Thanks to my guide, Ruairi.

Ruairi was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about history and food! Gave us lots of suggestions for future meals... which were spot on. He also tailored the tour to us and our needs. 10/10 would book again
