Mt. Srd Cable Car Ride: Meet your guide and then walk over to the cable car station. Hop into the comfortable cable car for the ride up steep Mt. Srd. Be sure to stand at the back of the car for an eye-popping view of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, or Stari Grad, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Europe. 

At the top of the mountain, take some time to enjoy the view of the blue Adriatic Sea. They say that on a clear day, you can see 37 miles (67 km) away. Be awestruck by the views and then head down to the Old Town again for the next portion of the tour. 

Dubrovnik Old Town and City Walls Tour: At Pile Square, the area in front of Pile Gate, one of three ways to enter the Old Town through the thick walls, start the walking tour.

See the Dominican Monastery, which boasts a gorgeous Gothic courtyard and one of the oldest working pharmacies in Europe. Continue walking down the limestone-clad Stradun, one of the widest and straightest streets in Old Town, and take in many other highlights.

Finally, head over to an entryway up onto the walls with your guide, hearing about the history of these impressive fortifications. As you stroll along the walls, note the gorgeous views of the Adriatic, as well as the towers at each corner of the wall.

After you’ve walked in a complete circle (or, in this case, a square), head back to Pile Square for the end of the tour.

This is a must if you are in Dubrovnik! You can't really experience the beauty of the city just from street-level. Walking along the walls, seeing it from the cable car, and exploring its nooks makes you really appreciate Dubrovnik.

- Cable care is really good idea in Dubrovnik, it is worth of money - Walls almost kills as (I mean my legs almost died after that trip), but it was worth it also! Views are amazing - Dubravka was very nice, funny and open to the group. Especially historical stories was interesting to me. She's a local guide so her observations and experience about Dubrovnik and it's history were special to us - Like the trip a lot! - good recommendations rearding museums, galerries, etc.

Guide did a fabulous job. Wish she included the wall in her tour. Perhaps not how the tour was designed. But after 3 hours we were too tired to then walk the wall on our own. As we came back to the wall in the evening, we were told we can go in till 7pm. But the guards started asking people to leave within 28 mins. So much of the wall was missed from the experience.

Miro was an excellent guide and historian. I only completed the cable car and old city portions of the tour with him. The City Walls were not-to-be-missed but I had enjoyed that 2 hour walk on the previous day.

The tour was great. I booked a 9 am meeting time outside of Old Town, but our ship did not end up docking until 9 am. We got to the meeting place 10 minutes late and they tour already left for the cable car. Another tour company guide, got in touch with the tour company and we were able to catch up with them just before they boarded the cable car. The tour was wonderful as was the guide.

Views of city from top of ride were incredible. Interesting guide. Wish we had been able to walk the Wall in the morning. We were tired by the time we’d walked the city and the cable car excursion to start the Wall walk, plus we were in the full afternoon sun.

We love this tour .. our guide Marinella greeted us , she is very knowledgeable about her own hometown old town Dubrovnik.. the cable car is the best.. we saw the best view of Dubrovnik, dubravka restaurant on top also has great coffee.. we toured and finished the whole walls of old town, it was tiring but worth it.. I suggest to wear confortable shoes, this tour is not for people who have knee or foot problems .. other wise I recommend this a lot to people visiting Dubrovnik.. we had a fabulous day

Knowledgable and friendly guide, at a pace suitable for all. Receiver/earphone supplied so you don't have to be on top of the guide to hear what they're saying - a great touch! If you're worried about value, bear in mind that the price includes entry to the city walls *and* the return cable car trip. Plus you get to skip the queue for the cable car. Bonus!

we really enjoyed this tour, really good value and a great way to view the city. Our tour guide Danijela was really friendly and very patient. Especially when some of the tour decided to wonder off for photos, or when they decided to start having their own conversation when she was trying to deliver facts and information about the history of the old town. We starred at the cable car, this takes about 6 mins each way. When you get to the top there is plenty of time for photos and a toilet brake. You really do get the most magnificent views and Danijela pointed out some of the best spots to get photos. Once we got back down we then proceeded to make our way to the old town. As we walked around the back streets and then the wall walk our guide gave us lots of interesting facts about the history of the old town. I would highly recommend this tour :)
