My husband and I so enjoyed our Hop-On Hop-Off tour! We only had one day to visit Edinburgh and this was the way to go. Our tour guide was great, very knowledgable, very helpful, and a lot of fun. There was always a bus available to get back on and hear more about Ediburgh and see another sight.
My husband and I highly recommend this tour.
A great way to get the feel of a city and get around particularly when it steep walking.
Very good. Lots of interesting things to do and see. Drivers very helpful

This tour was VERY convenient. One of the bus stops was a few hundred yards from our hotel and we just walked out and caught the next one about a 5 minute wait. There are multiple language options to include a Darker side of Edinburgh History which was very entertaining. The commentary was sprinkled with subtle humor, whilst being very informative. This was really the perfect way to start our our stay in Edinburgh and highly recommend to all!
Despite a delay due to the Queens arrival the tour was perfect. It is a large city with a lot to see. By taking the tour we got to see everything in our single day trip.
This is absolutely the best way to see a city when you first arrive. The overview of available future destinations within the city is the best value of your money.
The experience was wonderful, The driver was very helpful and the information on the tour around was very informative, The city had so much to offer we just needed longer so cant wait to go back and would recommend the hop on hop off bus to anyone. Will be sure to use this service again. Thank You
My wife and I enjoyed this tour, the staff at the starting point were so helpful and all the drivers also.
This tour was good. Allister was informative and funny. It was a rainy day so it was good to be inside on the top of the bus. This really helped me figure out where I was and how to get around Edinburgh. I love Edinburgh.
City Sightseeing has done a consistently good job in all the cities we have visited. They offer both guided and multilingual audio tours. This is our favorite way to get a feel for a new city. Highly recommend.
No problems at all. It's a good way to get a look at a city and then decide where you want to go back to spend more time.
Good value. First bus could have announced stops better. Worked around marathon well.
It was great being able to take the bus between attractions, Edinburgh is very hilly so it saved our poor legs!

The tour delivers exactly what you'd expect: a nice ride around the city center that shows you the main attractions and gives you a sense of where everything is so that you can go back later and roughly know your way around. The audio portion is an entertaining, prerecorded description of the sights earphones are provided, but the jacks work with normal plugs, so you could use your own headset as I did.
Was able to tour everything on the checklist. Got to Arthur and #39;s seat summit very rewarding.
covered most of the history site and point of interest in Edinburgh.
