Stuart is a colorful character who knows how to spin a tale or two. We all enjoyed our tour even with some rain. The others in the group thanked me for recommending this tour.

Outstanding, eclectic, quirky. Stuart is a gem. Lots of history, anecdotes, legends, and stories from a true Edinburgh native. His energy is astounding. Loved the experience. Would go again if back in Scotland.

I signed up for a group tour and was lucky enough to have this dear man be my personal guide for three hours. We had a wonderful afternoon talking about Scottish history, his long family history, ending up at the Art Museum where he taught me something about Renaissance Art I had not known. A very charming, engaging, witty, and knowledgeable guide. I highly recommend his tour. Thank you, Mr. Usher. You were the highlight of my Edinburgh stay!

Stuart Usher is a treasure. His family goes way back in Scotland and he was chock-full of stories about the Edinburgh area that we had not heard in two previous trips there. What a delightful tour. You won't be disappointed.

Great tour! First thing we did in Edinburgh. Stuart Usher is a very interesting character, who tells great stories filled with a lot of historical information. He showed us parts of the city we never would have found on our own! We even went to a cute historic pub for some hot chocolate or tea. I would definitely recommend this tour -- time well spent!

We enjoyed our tour with Stuart Usher. 2 adults, 2 tweens on a rainy day in Edinburgh. Stuart taught us about the city's history, old town and new town, the grassmarket, Royal Mile, St. Giles and about the city's architecture. We concluded our walking tour at the Scottish National Gallery. A nice walk.

The walk with Mr. Usher is not be missed. We found it as memorable as the Castle, the National Gallery, or any other Edinburgh attraction.
