We loved our tour! The bus was a little cramped and the air conditioning was not great- hopefully they update that! But our tour guide was great-okie dokie guys- and seeing the country side was so magical!! Definitely a trip to plan if you want a great experience and great memories!!
Excellent tour! Our guide- Kirsten- was friendly, fun and very knowledgable! It was a long trip on the bus but was very comfortable with the beautiful scenery, fabulous music and commentary! Kirsten gave us Scottish history in an easy to follow format, relevant to the things we were passing- all presented with that god-given Scottish talent for story telling! Good number of stops 2 on the way up and 2 on the way back and about 2 hours at Loch Ness! Kirsten had excellent recommendations for things to see and eat at each stop, and also excellent recommendations for things to do in Edinburgh. Fabulous trip- well worth the cost. For a solo traveller like me it was an excellent taste of the highlands- will definitely be considering coming back for an extended tour!
We have never learned as much valuable and interesting history on any tour anywhere. Our tour bus driver was engaging and knowledgeable. An all around wonderful experience. If we get back to Scotland we will do this again. The Scottish country side was breathtaking!
Our guide Rich was amazing with his stories ... great trip... missed seeing Nessie though
Excellent trip. Our guide Mahri has great sense of humor and she is really nice and informative. Not tiring despite long duration.
Great tour for those who have limited time but want to hit some of the most spectacular highlights of the Highlands. Our guide, Sandy, was the best!
Brilliant tour made even more enjoyable by our highly professional, knowledgeable and funny tour guide.
Despite the aircondition not working properly in the bus and the temperature being almost unbearably high, our guide Rich kept up being informative and friendly and very funny. He really got us distracted from the heat. The trip was very beautiful and certainly didn't feel like 12 hours. We'd never been to Scotland before, and besides information, history and anecdotes about the trip and the landmarks, we also got very great general information about Scotland and Edinburgh, which we really appreciated for the rest of our stay.
Our guide Mahri was a joyful lady! Despite the long drive from Edinburgh to Loch Ness, Mahri had made the journey interesting with her stories and mad DJ skill. She was also the most knowledgeable and passionate tour guide I have ever meet! The scenery along the journey was beautiful even though it was raining that day. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone that wants to visit the mystical Loch Ness.
The trip was amazing. They tried to pack up so much into the day. Our tour guide Lauren was really good. She was funny and very polite. Our bus had people with different preferences, but she made sure that passengers are mostly happy.
I highly recommend this tour.
I loved this tour! It was my first visit to the highlands and Lauren did a great job as our driver/tour guide. Her facts and stories were so interesting and the Scottish music she played in the down time was great.
The a.c. on the bus wasn and #39;t working but the driver/guide kept us distracted and entertained for the whole tour...it was astoundingly beautiful and so worth any discomfort!
Kirsty was amazingly up beat and made the trip so much fun. Which helped with all the time spent on the bus. the views and the Luc are beautiful, but the stories make the day.
Excellent tour! Well worth the time spent on bus to see Loch Ness. Our driver guide was great, Jamie made the trip interesting and enjoyable. A must do!
Great tour, very informative. Steve was an awesome tour guide!!!!
Just perfect. Our tour guide was amazing and friendly, and my friends and I learned alot on this trip. We were very pleased with the entire trip and would definitely take a longer one in the future.
My daughter and I greatly enjoyed our trip--despite a bad accident that kept traffic in a stand-still for an hour--mainly because of the driver/tour guide, Mahri. She was absolutely splendid, regaling us with tales of Scottish history but also playing Scottish music and other interesting current music. She kept up everyone's spirits in the face of the horrific traffic situation. And the tour itself was well-constructed to show off the mountains, glens and lochs of Highland Scotland. We would definitely recommend this tour to friends.
Very good tour, Gil the tour guide was amazing and full of wisdom. Her music on the bus was fantastic. Enjoyed our day out of the city. The highlands were a highlight of our trip.
A lovely day, perfect sunny weather. The driver/guide kept us all informed as the day went on and had a great knowledge of Scottish history. He spoke clearly so all could understand and made the very long day enjoyable. Nice picnic lunch. Its a lot of driving to cover a lot of the glens. Did not see Nessie.
Wonderful day with great tour guide. Plenty of stops for refreshments, toilet, to take pictures and to wonder around. Great and fun facts along the way as well as good music.
Totally worth its price and we can sincerely recommend it
