Perito Moreno Glacier has become a favorite Patagonian destination thanks to its impressive expanse, accessibility, and continuous movement. Your icy adventure begins with pickup at your El Calafate hotel and a scenic drive to Los Glaciares National Park, so named for the abundance of glaciers found here, including Upsala, Onelli, and Spegazzini.
Upon arrival at the park, explore the different walkways at your own pace and enjoy views of the great glacier from various angles. Watch closely to see giant slabs of ice detach from the glacier and slide into the surrounding lagoon.
Then, meet your guide for a cruise through the Rico Branch of Argentino Lake and a different perspective of this impressive glacier. Sail along the massive glacier wall and in between floating icebergs for an awe-inspiring watery perspective on this natural wonder.
After exploring the park, relax on the return drive to El Calafate, where your full-day tour concludes in the early evening.

Excellent tour of Perito Moreno
, Sep 2019
My wife and I spent a whole day on a tour of Perito Moreno this September (2019). The experience was outstanding. Our tour guide, Marisa Cisneros, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very cheerful. Our driver, Charlie, was very courteous and made us feel safe. I highly recommend this tour.
We thoroughly enjoyed our full day tour of the Perito Moreno Glacier. The guide was knowledgable and accommodating. The driver was skilled and safe. We like walking so we walked most all of the walkways taking in the many awesome views of the glacier. I'm glad we visited in April as I imagine it's very crowded in the park in the summer. The boat ride was fun, but a bit crowded and not entirely necessary given views available from walkways; would skip this portion of tour next time.
Full Day Tour to the Perito Moreno Glacier including Boat Safari

The service was excellent from contacting local representative arranging to picking us up from our hotel. Pick up on time great journey to first stop, excellent information from Rep. Boat was great and had long enough to be able to get right up to Glazier and take photos. The park was amazing and great we were able to have enough time for a quick bite to eat then saver the views from this amazing sight on our own.
Complete waste of money, book through local tour companies

Paid just over 100 pounds sterling per person and for that you get a minibus up to the glacier and a guide talking along the route, and the boat tour (which is more cost effective to buy separately). If you have a car 100% use this, as you will need to pay for the park acess anyway and lunch is not included. You can book the boat tour separately for around £15. I really wanted to walk along the glacier which this tour does not include but can be booked separately by the local agency for much cheaper than Viator. The local agency is called hielo y aventura and does all the work anyway so much better to go directly through them. Perito Moreno itself is incredibly and not to be missed but I really do think this tour is a complete con.
The English version only got about 20% of the info given to the Spanish speakers.

Loved the sites and the glacier and boat ride. However I feel like the Spanish speakers got a better tour, because our guide would speak for 10 or 15 minutes in Spanish, cracking jokes etc then 3 to 5 minutes in English. By the time she began the English version, we were several miles away from what she spoke about. There were 3 english speaking clients, and 8 spanish on our tour. At sites, she stayed in warm bus, rather than getting out to help take photos. A little disappointed.
Nadia was an amazing tour guide, so informative and lovely - she made the day very special and really took the time to speak to all in the group, nothing was too much and at the end of the tour she gave us some chocolates and local liquor. I would definitely recommend this trip, really enjoyed it and learnt so much!
Such a great tour! Plenty of time to appreciate the glacier - one of the most spectacular scene ever seen on my travels. Excellent driver-guide team, even providing a shot of calafate liqueur! Make sure you bring Argentinian pesos not USD for entrance to park Viator says differently.
