Under the expert guidance of your host, set to work making a variety of dishes, using fresh meat, vegetables, and olive oil purchased from the local markets. Prepare tasty appetisers including cold cut meats and local specialty Pisarei e Faso (bread dumplings with beans), then learn how to make delicious gnocchi with a ricotta cheese and spinach sauce, and whip up an indulgent dessert.
Finally, sit down in the dining area to enjoy your home-cooked lunch, accompanied by a selection of Italian wines.
