Paola and Marcos were excellent tour guides. While the water was a bit choppy, the overall experience was awesome! Hubby loved being the captain. So worth the money since it’s per boat. Marcos gave great information while we were snorkeling. Icacos Cay was beautiful. Just make sure to use reef safe sunscreen! And those who are allergic to peanuts may need to bring your own snacks or make special arrangements as the snacks provided have peanuts.

This tour was pretty great. Our first time driving a mini boat it was a great experience. Eric was amazing, very attentive & helpful. I informed him that I couldn’t swim that well so he made sure I was looked after. Monica on the other hand she had a very sarcastic way of speaking. There’s a way to talk to someone to make them feel comfortable and there’s a way to speak to someone to make them feel uncomfortable & she definitely make a few of us feel uncomfortable. She probably didn’t mean any harm that may just be the way she speaks in general 🤷🏽♀️ But overall we had a very great time.

Great experience, our tour guides were very nice and fun! Had small snacks and drinks for us. They provided everything we needed for snorkeling. My girlfriend and I had a great time, I would highly recommend.

This was an absolutely amazing experience! If you are coming to Puerto Rico for a trip you neeeed to book this activity for your group...the tour guides were all amazing, making sure we were all safe educated, they provided snacks and water and all the snorkeling equipment!

This was so much fun! The tour guides were incredible and taught us everything we needed to know thoroughly beforehand which eased any stress for someone who’s never driven a boat. The island they take you to is incredible with extremely blue water and the snorkeling gear is included as well, we saw a lot of fish. They also give you snacks, water, and juice which was really nice because it is a four hour tour. The boat ride itself was the most fun part, definitely thrilling! I would recommend this to anyone.

We recommend it, the treatment from the arrival was magnificent, for the first time, they explained us very well how everything worked. The availability of the guide, and the follow-up that he gave us was incredible. The place we visit is beautiful, and we love it, we hope to have this adventure again.

Viator did not send our purchase to Kyak tours for this experience and therefore we were short a full paid boat purchase even though we had confirmation emails on our phones. Fortunately, there was a no-show so we were able to take the ride as planned. Staff at the boat were very friendly and worked out the logistics very professionally.

Snorkeling was great, screw those mini boats though

I'm very split on this review, so I'm doing 3 stars. Before the tour began, the admin contacted us to say that they may cancel the tour due to high winds, which means the water is dangerous and the snorkeling will be murky. I very very much appreciated this communication. We decided to do the tour. The tour was not cancelled. Our two guides were very nice. The water though, was chopping and honestly the boat ride was literally painful because of being slammed onto the waves. After the drive to the reef, I was in tears, but I choose not to say anything because I didn't want to ruin the time of the other people, who seem to have no issues with the ride. Now, we did the snorkeling which was awesome as you had a lot of time there and was guided if you wanted. We then went to a nice beach, which was relaxing and pleasant. Then we had to take those terrible boats back, but this time I was a little more prepared.

The Mini Boat is generally a bumpy ride and when the weather is not ideal it can be even bumpier. I'm glad to know that you appreciated our heads up call regarding the weather conditions for that particular day. However, I wish you would have said something to the tour guides regarding how you felt during the navigation. Our tour guides will be with you the entire time to assist you in way they can. In this case they could have given you suggestion on how to lessen the impact created by the waves during navigation.
On the other hand I'm so glad you enjoyed the snorkeling activity and the time spend on the beautiful beach of Icacos. We definitely hope you come back and join us on a day the weather is calmer (so to speak).
