Highly recommended. Excellent and safety conscious tour guides helped people navigate the cave entries in slightly tricky conditions. We were very lucky to be able to do this trip at the very end of the season due to a heatwave and ocean swell within the safety limit for the sit on top kayaks. A full 3 hour tour, very good value. You need to be up for quite a workout. Cave and cliff scenery spectacular, and a quiet beach destination for a half hour or so of swimming or snorkeling. We did not like the motorized tour boats not keeping their distance from the kayaks and butting in ahead of us to enter the caves where they cause unpleasant if temporary air pollution but this seems to be inevitable in this region so dependent on tourism.

It's the best wat to enjoy the most beautiful beach! Had a little hard time paddling but it was worthy! The guides are very nice to tourists

I really enjoyed this 3 hour kayaking trip out of Lagos in Portugal. The guida was knowledgeable and easy going with a good handle on safety. He made sure we saw some really neat rock formations and caves along the coast. The pace was moderate, though the wind and water were a bit rough, so it could be a challenge for some. This is a great way to view the coast line of the area!

Fantastic trip. Very professionally organised. Our guide Jorges was most friendly, kind and patient. Our group was 6 double kayaks. You get drybags to put your stuff in though they're not massive so pack lightish. A quick briefing and you're off. You get to dip in and out of caves and through rock arches, then a bit of a relax on the beach before heading back. There are frequent stops so you can have a rest and get your camera out of the bag for some snaps.

The paddle back is MUCH I'd say 3 or 4 times harder than the paddle out, so if you're not sure, I would get towed back with the support boat. We were done in by the time we got back, though glad we challenged ourselves.

Only downside, which is of course out of the company's control, are the number of motorboats plying their trade around the caves etc. They're often more than a little grumpy with the kayakers and don't really make any allowance for you. A consequence of such a beautiful place is the number of people there - nothing you can do about that! But that said, I'd heartily recommend this trip to anyone.

This is by far the best way to appreciate the unique coastline of Lagos with its trademark sandstone rock formations carved into innumerable formations by sea erosion over millenia. The tour staff was patient, courteous and helpful. Our family of five including teens and tweens had a blast.

This was an amazing tour. Kayaking on the Atlantic Ocean was a thrill in itself but going into the caves and viewing the landscape along the coast was beautiful. It was worth every Euro !!

What a blast! Best way to see the caves inside and out! Bring a waterproof camera or your go pro. Our group was 4 people over 50 and we made it. Our guide was very patient and good. The ride back was a little rough but my hubby wouldn't let me hitch a ride with the boat so he did more paddling than I. I was very glad we saw the rocks and caves so close and personal.

Well worth the money!! Our tour guide was very nice, easy going and funny. He guided us well and let us have our free time on the beach. It was such a great experience. The tour really allows you to see what Lagos has to offer. Gorgeous caves, rock formations and stunning blue water. 100% recommend!

We had a great time with the group! Took the whole family 7! Should have brought more water with us and a granola bar or snack. The paddle back was harder on the arms than we expected- just had to take our time. Option to be pulled back by boat could be worth it for younger members. Guide Enrique was fun and super helpful!

This tour was a fantastic way to see these unique water formations. Our guide was knowledgeable and patient. The stop at the beach to rest and snorkel was great. Highly recommend. Fun outing for our 11 and 13 year olds too.

Great way to see lagos. It was great for any experience level. You have an awesome view of all the beaches and caves that you won't be able to see any other way. I highly recommend it. They give you a fairly large dry bag to be able to bring your camera, etc.

Great way to see the caves up and personal! The difficult part was dealing with the boats that were also doing the tours. Be ready to paddle, as you do paddle out and back some companies offer to have you towed back.

This was a fun activity! The guides were great--highly entertaining and personable (you and #39;re awesome, Serge!)--and the scenery spectacular. I was the lone single person on the trip so I kept lagging behind all the double kayaks but they tried to stop a few times so I could catch up. Quite a workout!

Wonderful tour. The guides were fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Told us local history and facts about town, rock formations, etc. They gave us plenty of time to take pictures and explore the coastline. They tried to build a relationship with each of the groups and they seemed to really prioritize safety. The only downsides were there is not much to see snorkeling not their fault. This tour did require you to paddle back some tours towed the kayaks back but paddling back gave you time to see the tour twice. We saw it as a benefit not a downside, but those wanting a more relaxing experience may prefer a ride back. To summarize: Gorgeous Coastline, Friendly Tourguides, Safety Prioritized.

Excellent experience with a group of 8 - mix of adults and teens. Jose was our guide and he was terrific at showing us all of the beautiful grottos and sharing just enough history and information so that it was interesting. We kept moving along the coast at a very easy pace. They provide double kayaks, so it is manageable for even the most beginner or less strong members of your group. Highly recommend.

The only downside was the number of power boat tours that were sharing the space with us. It disrupted the calm and serene experience we were having in the grottos, but not enough to dissuade me from doing it again!

The guides were friendly and made us feel safe waited for people, gave us breaks when needed. The views were amazing, I'm so happy we choose to see the caves through kayaking and not a boat I felt like it was more personal and we actually got the time to look at everything / take it in. Plus it was a great workout too! Part of the trip we went to this small beach area and were able to swim and snorkel if we wanted to. After we kayaked back to the meeting point.

The tour was fantastic! Our tour guide was funny and incredibly nice! They gave us lots of time to take pictures and paddle at our own speed. Totally worth the money! Would recomend to anyone even if they hadn and #39;t kayaked before!

My wife and I did the morning trip. It was amazing. The caves are so beautiful and our guide knew so much about the caves and rock formations that we passed. We stopped at a beach to rest and were able to go snorkeling. Was a great trip.

Absolutely wonderful, probably our favorite day of our entire trip. The best way to see the coast hands down. Fairly easy kayaking, some more complex maneuvering because of the tight passages but nothing too difficult, we had plenty of beginners in our group and no one had a problem. All of us had a great time and would do it again.
