This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Chef Vary and Edoardo were so welcoming! We learned how to make 3 kinds of Tiramisu and had an amazing lunch of asparagus risotto and a delicious barley and kale salad. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour!!
Our time with Chef Vary and Edoardo was amazing!! We had a private lunch with homemade, organic recipes that were ever so delicious! After that, Chef Vary showed us and explained how to make tiramisu in such an easy fashion. The three types we tried were wonderful!
We ate in a charming and cozy room with open windows looking out over a garden. My wife's parents don't speak English, and Vary and Edoardo were very patient as my wife translated for them. They also took very good care of our 4-year-old daughter to make sure she wasn't left out! This was a fantastic experience for every member of our family!
