Tuscany and Cinque Terre tours were fabulous.
The walking tour was also very good.
We could have skiped the panoramic tour of Florence, that was a waste of time.

Tours are great. Cinque Terre is so so beautiful. Def worth booking. We ensured that our booking was of bus and not coach. Buses were fully air conditioned. Awesome guides, friendly and guided us all thru out. Tuscany tour doesn't give you enough time in each place ex: Pisa stop was for 50 min only but then it covers so many places, how can they allow for more time. We loved our tour. We didn't stay for our dinner in Sienna and returned with early bus as we were super tired by the end of it. Winery was nice, Delish lunch and very friendly staff.all in all we loved the tour and definitely recommend it if you can't do one day/location.

We highly recommend this tour. Tuscany, Pisa, Siena and Florence are all great but San Gimignano and Cinque Terre are a must see. The tour is fantastic but we had a couple of disappointments: The guide from Florence to Pisa did not seem to be very knowledgeable. He greeted us when we took off from Florence and he did not say a word on the way until we reached Pisa. There were so many interesting places on the way but we heard nothing about them. When we arrived in Pisa he said: Everything in Pisa is in one square. Go get your tickets and visit any sight you like. Meet me at a certain time. The tickets should be included as they were in other places. By the time we stood in line to get our tickets half of the available time passed. The second disappointment was the winery visit. The wines we tasted were not very good, the meal was poor and the service very slow. the dinner in Siena is included in this booking but it was optional for people who booked the trip in Florence. We stayed for dinner and wasted three hours for a less than average pizza. Even if you pay for it don't stay! Viator should make the meal optional as the local agent has it. We do recommend this tour but future visitors be aware that these are three separate tours and every evening you return to Florence so you need to have a hotel reserved in Florence.
