Your Vespa tour will begin in central Florence, where you’ll meet your guide for a brief safety overview and practice ride before hitting the road. Saddle up on your original Vintage PK Vespa, a classic model no longer produced, and follow your guide through the city streets until you reach the outskirts.

Admire panoramic views of Florence from the Church of San Miniato al Monte before taking a peek inside. The Romanesque church hosts an array of incredible artwork and is one of the city’s lesser-known gems.

Continue into the Tuscan hills, past poppy fields and vineyards, with plenty of opportunities to pause for photos. As you travel back toward Florence, pull over at Piazzale Michelangelo, where views of the Arno River and the iconic Duomo stretch out before you.

Conclude your adventure with a Tuscan meal on a private terrace, savoring bites of burrata cheese, bruschetta or meat cold cuts with fennel. Sit back, relax and soak up the Italian spirit before heading back to your original departure point.

This was a fun tour with magnificent food break towards the end. I think you will have more fun on this tour if you have recent experience riding a motorcycle or vespa. My husband was extremely anxious while my son had a blast. I would recommend that everyone have their own vespa. I tried to share with my husband and that did not work. This is a great family or couples tour.

This Tour is woth every penny. Not only do I recommend this tour but all tours by the Walkabout company. The tour guide (Fabio) was really friendly and very knowledgable. He gave us a great tour of the Tuscan Hills and explained things perfectly. It’s OK if you don’t know how to drive a vespa, because they give you a brief lesson and test drive before starting the trip. The location of the food was phenomenal and offered a freT vew of Florence. I very highly recomment this tour, it has been the best tour I have done. Period.

Our group of 5 had the BEST time and this was our favorite day in Italy. To begin, our tour guide Angel was FANTASTIC!!!! He made the day so much fun. He explained ( and taught some of us) how the ride a Vespa. Our group of about 15 people followed Angel up the Tuscan Hills. We stopped on the way to enjoy the sights. Angel explained and told us lots of interesting things through out the day. We had lunch overlooking beautiful Tuscany. The ride was so much fun, lunch was delicious and the best part was our tour guide Angel. He made sure everyone was safe, and having a good time. He was smart, INTERESTING, and fun. I highly recommend this tour.

Very fun afternoon, and delightful way to experience Florence and the Tuscan Hills outside of town. Beautiful weather didn’t hurt, the scenery was breathtaking, and the experience was one of the highlights of our trip. The tour stops for pasta, and antipasto on the beautiful grounds of a home high in the hills with amazing views. The only low point was the very minimal advance training, literally “here is what you do” then 30’ test drive down a side street. One couple was not so lucky, and hit a wall making a turn, both fell off and the young woman went to the hospital in need of stitches. My advice is make sure you feel confident driving before taking off for tour. Again, great experience, More safety training and I would give it 5 stars.

great ride thru the outskirts of florence and into the tuscan countryside. Beautiful scenery, great lunch and Angel - our lead from the Vespa company, did a great job keeping us all together - about 8 people.

We spent two nights in Venice, two nights in Florence and five nights in Rome. Of the 13 attractions, tours and activities, this was by far my number one activity. Our guide Stephen was knowledgeable, fun and patient. The scenery was incredible. We got to touch the olives grouping on the trees and the grapes on the vines. My nerves were keyed up at first watching the traffic in Florence, but it was quick to get out of the city and into the countryside. The lunch location and food was spectacular. Awesome job!!

Ask for Alex. He was a wonderful, experienced and humorous guide! We explored the hills of Florence and had an excellent lunch at a beautiful farm house. Its a must when you visit Florence.
