Fantastic tour! We had two different guides throughout this tour and both were excellent. Bruce skillfully navigated our group through the Uffizi Gallery sharing back stories to provide good context to the artwork. He kept our two teenager boys interested and engaged. After the Uffizi Gallery, we had an hour break to quickly visit the gift shop and grab some food before beginning the second half of the tour. Our next tour guide was just as good at the storytelling as she guided us through a walking tour of the city. Our boys felt these were the two best tour guides on our trip because of how they shared the information in an interesting way. Our only tip would be to try to divide this tour into 2 days, if you have enough time in the city. Our second tour guide, Julia from Germany, noticed our decline in energy towards the end of the 6 hr tour which was not because of her in any way. We were just getting cold and tired. Overall, we highly recommend this tour!

Our guide for the Uffizi was perfect. What a talent she had to lead a small group through the crowds so that we would be able to see and understand the significance of so many amazing paintings and sculptures. She had the knowledge and personality to relate history, culture, art, and architecture in such a way that we were eager to listen and follow for three hours. In the afternoon we had a second guide that was equally talented. She guided us through the city and explained what we were seeing, stopping often enough to really take it all in. We had visited Florence before but never had the insights and understanding of the city that we came away with after this tour.

Absolutely amazing tour. Our guides Lori and Irina were just fantastic they made Uffizi Santa Croce and Academia come to life with their anecdotes and background stories on Medici Florence Renaissance geniuses and their rivalries!

I do not know about the other tour guides, but our tour guide--Alla--is very good. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in Florence for only a day and I felt this tour was a good way to get the most out of it.

Excellent tours by both guides I lost the my card with their names. They were informative and well-versed in the art, history, and culture of the city. If I had a nit, it was figuring out where to meet the tour at the front of the Uffizi gallery. Once you figure out the tour police are really there to help, and guide you to the correct group, then it became easy! Great experience on the tours - I highly recommend them especially if your time is short in Florence. It will make you want to come for another visit!

This was my only tour that I did not book through Citywonders during my visit to Italy. The staff of Visit Today was very friendly and helpful. My first half of the day started at the Uffizi, with a woman, I believe her name was Leonarda?. She was incredible. After skipping the line, she took our group to the highlights and wonders that are within the museum. She had extensive knowledge, was funny, and was great at keeping track of our group and making sure we all had a nice time.

My 2nd part of the tour was with a woman named Alla. I could not have possibly lucked out more with her. I was the only one to book a walking tour with her for the afternoon, so I had the luxury of having a private tour. Alla, was absolutely amazing. She showed me the little hidden gems and facts of Florence and had some of the best enthusiasm I've seen during my visit to Italy. She was beyond kind and was easily one of the highlights of my entire trip. After our walking tour around the town we met up with another person to tour the Accademia and see the David. What an incredible day. Thank you Alla for being so sweet and giving an amazing tour to a lone traveler! Would HIGHLY recommend anyone book this!

What an incredible experience. Our tour guide, Irina was extremely knowledgeable and brilliant! We were very fortunate to have had a small group and even got to see places not listed. I would highly recommend this tour and should ask for Irina!

Both my guides Uffizi in the am, Accademia and Santa Croce in the pm were excellent and well informed. Irina, my guide for Academia and Santa Croce, went out of her way to make sure that every step of our itinerary was filled with anecdotes and history.

This was an excellent tour, but a lot of walking. The guides really knew what she was talking about. However, it was very difficult to find the initial location and we were needlessly forced to walk up three flights of stairs to get to it.

Tours guides were awesome! The people organizing it were awful. Tour started late, no direction on meeting point, added people mid tour, delays, delays, delays..., but the guides were great!!!!

Both tours were excellent, as were the guides. The only problem was that there was not enough time between tours. Our first guide was very enthusiastic about the items in the Uffizi gallery and therefore we spent an extra 5 minutes, which we enjoyed - but then we only had about 10 minutes in between to have lunch etc. perhaps the morning tour should start at 10 instead of 11am to give us more time to appreciate the Uffizzi gallery's amazing works of art.

Well organized tour. Adequate story telling. Around 15-20 people in our group. I was under the impression that the guide would be a historian because it said led by a knowledgable historian guide. Our guide was just a regular tour guide which is just fine.

After getting there early the commencement time was delayed then we waited inline for 55 mins before getting in and then waited for more people to join the tour. All up it was over an hour before it started. This appears to be a very intense art tour and was going to be another 2 hours after the start. We stayed as long as we could and left.
