So much fun! Everyone gets to participate a lot. The pasta and sauces were all delicious. The instructor was great too. Great value. Highly recommend.
Great course! Number of people was just fine and the pasta and sauces were delicious! The lessons are a bit rushed, but enough to learn and make them at home.
Our pasta making class was wonderful and the results were delicious. With only six people in our group , we got individual assistance and each class member had a chance to do most steps in the process. We made 3 different past dishes and a dessert. Our instructor was knowledgeable, gave us tips and answered all questions and made the class a fun experience. Would definitely recommend it to any one interested in making pasta.
This was my first cooking class in a country that I visited and I loved it! Our chefs were funny and very informative. Our creation was very tasty and the cellar where we enjoyed our creation afterwards was beautiful.
This was an amazing fun day. We really enjoyed the cooking class and was amazed at how much my husband got into it. The food was amazing and the chef we had was a real hoot. Also the dessert was great,
will definitely try to make some of this at home. Not sure about making my own pasta, it was great but don't have a pasta maker. I think Viator is a great place to book tours. Booked several and wasn't disappointed by any of them.
This cooking class was everything I was hoping for!!! So fun making the pasta and met some really nice people as well. The instructors were very nice and helped us when needed :
We made 3 different dishes as well as a dessert. They come out delicious!!! The pasta was so light and the flavors were unbelievable!! Eating in the lower level wine cellar was wonderful...great atmosphere to eat and drink wine!!! Couldn't have been better!!!
A lot of fun making a few different types of pasta and then feast on it all at the end with wine and new friends.
I had never been to a cooking class and neither had the other three people I went with.We had such a great experience! So much fun, very informative, and in the end we all got to hang out, eat pasta and drink wine. I would HIGHLY recommend this.
Fun way to experience Italy! The chefs were fun, but serious about their work. Food tasted great.
Our family (all adults) had so much fun in this cooking class! We would do another one on a heartbeat. We made ravioli, fettuccine, and pappardelle plus the non-standard sauces and the recipes. Do not hesitate: book this cooking class and get excited!
Loved the cooking course. Rather hectic, much like I imagine cooking in a restaurant would be. We had a great group of fellow trainees who got into the spirit of the course. Kneading the pasta dough and then running it through the pasta machines and looking on while the sauces were prepared. At the end we sat down at a long table and enjoyed the fruits of our labour - with wine. Would really recommend this course. We were given recipes for the pasta and sauces which I can't wait to try out now that we are back home.
Very good. Excellent tuition and attentive teachers. Delicious food. A great experience. Fun and relaxing.

You meet at the Trinita Piazza by the statue and then walk to the cooking school which takes about 15 minutes. The class was a promised, we learned to make pasta and made three pasta-based dishes. They have everything laid out for us so we could concentrate on techniques and cooking. It was very interactive and fun. Once you have everything made, you go downstairs to a very quaint wine cellar and a very large table. The chefs finish the cooking and bring your group your pasta dishes one at a time. The wine and water are included. Our dishes were linguine with tomato/basil, potato stuffed ravioli and pasta with a mushroom sauce. All vegetarian. They seemed to be able to accommodate special dietary restrictions as well. The lunch was more than we could eat and delicious. The chef served an amazing panna cotta for dessert that was crazy good. When the class is over, you just leave. They dont walk you back to the Trinita, so pay attention to where you are going during your walk over.
This was a wonderful experience, if not a little crowded. We had a full 24 people. The main teacher, Alex, was full of pep, humorous, and knowledgable. The 3 pastas we cooked were delicious and definitely the freshest we had on our 10-day trip. I would definitely do this again if/when I go back to Florence. One change would be to do some small ricotta ravioli instead of the large potato but they were delicious!!

While on our honeymoon, my husband and I decided we had to take some sort of cooking class, we were debating between pizza/gelato or this pasta class. We were so happy we picked this! The chefs were pretty awesome and entertaining. We learned how to make 2 difference kinds of pasta dough, plus 3 pasta dishes, and panna cotta. After cooking, we were all taking to a cellar, and got to feast on all of the dishes we had made. It was such an awesome experience! We were given all of the recipes, and can't wait to try to make them at home. :
Amazing cooking class for our rainy day!! Learned a ton in a fabulous atmosphere with great people. The wine cellar for the meal was the icing on the cake!
Wonderful experience! The chefs were charming and informative, I learned some new techniques. The food was so delicious and it was nice to meet new people with similar interests. I would definitely refer a friend and do it again.
Learned to cook 3 different pastas and sauces and panna cotta for a dessert! What we really enjoyed was sampling the food we just made with fellow students over some wines in the cellar downstairs. Highly recommend if you are looking to do something other than usual sightseeing.
This class was such a blast! We made 3 types of pasts, sauces and pana cotta. Our instructor, Alessandro, was so entertaining, keeping us all laughing while at the same time teaching us his skills. After we prepared the food, the chefs served us the delicious food we had made. They sent us home with the recipes...Can't wait to try making these pastas at home! Definitely recommend this class.
So fun! Chef was so nice and great! Made 3 different pastas and sauces, along with dessert! After we prepared the pastas, we went into the wine cellar and ate the delicious pastas with delicious wine! I would highly recommend this class!
Highlight of our trip to Italy! The chefs were lively and very welcoming. Learned a lot! The recipes were incredible! Enjoyed the smaller group size. Highly recommend this class!
It was a lot of fun! The food turned out great, the cooks were fabulous, and it was a nice change from our normal tours!
My husband and I really enjoyed our pasta making experience and Alessandro was really good at coaching us. After the course we cooked everything and enjoyed the food we had done with a glass of good wine. It was wonderful and relaxing. We suggest this activity to all who like to cook and enjoy good food. We now have the 3 recipes to cook this at home.
