Luca and Lavinia were amazing! It was an absolutely great time! We met another couple in Cinque Terre and they told us that if we hadnt been to Florence yet that we should book this tour. We told them that we had already been on it and loved it, too!

We were in Italy for two weeks, and the Pizza and Gelato class was one of our favorite highlights, for sure!! The venue was beautiful, the instruction and the food were amazing, and Max and Luca were an absolute riot!!! They were very knowledgeable and excellent teachers, but also incredibly entertaining! We highly, highly recommend this tour to anyone who has the chance to go. You will have a blast!!!

My husband and I's first trip to Italy - we figured we MUST do a pizza cooking class, right!? Very glad we picked this one because Luca and Angela were awesome! It was a short bus ride from the area you depart from in Florence, large bus with A/C and nice seats. Luca, Angela, Mario and the remaining staff have this tour DOWN pat. They are very efficient in the flow, meaning when you finish with one step in the recipe, etc you will move into a different area of the farmhouse venue. There are no awkward gaps of wasted time. Luca's personality alone is honestly reason enough to do the tour, he is so fun and welcoming. You will be laughing and entertained WHILE making delicious food. Mario deserves equal credit as well because he assists in the demo on the pizza dough and is funny as well. Angela is also great and was flawless with the gelato demo and the tips to getting it right! I would recommend this tour and tour company to all friends and family, and anyone reading this review! I know they are very helpful in deciding which tour you pick, when you really have no clue where to start. Enjoy!

My 21 year old daughter and I did this tour as a fun afternoon activity after spending 2+ days engrossed in art and architecture. Max greeted us and took us around the gardens of the property, describing the various vegetables that grow there. He demonstrated making gelato and then we were introduced to the secrets of making traditional pizza dough ... At the end of it all we each prepared a personal pizza and gelato and had dinner together. Met some really nice and interesting people. Great way to spend an afternoon. Can't wait to get the recipes to our email and try them out at home. Luca is a real scream ... great sense of humor.

Such a wonderful experience!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! The pizza and gelato were the best we had the whole trip, the farmhouse was SO BEAUTIFUL, and the staff was so funny and kind, they made the experience unforgettable.

This was a fantastic way to get out of Florence and do something different. Just a brief ride to the location of the class. We learned how to make gelato and pizza. Great instructors and great food. Luca, the pizza maker, is a one man show! He will make you laugh and laugh, but he made the learning so fun! I would absolutely recommend this tour. Well worth the money and great if you are looking to take a break from the crowds, museums and walking!

The class was a blast. It was entertaining and educational at the same time. The setting was very relaxing and the pizza and gelato were out of this world. I would highly recommend taking this class.
