Excellent cooking class in the heart of Florence. The teacher was well-versed in the best options for using gluten-free ingredients for the recipes. Our lasagna was to die for!!! We also met a delightful couple from Chile during the class.
The cooking class was fabulous. Chef Vary and her husband were very welcoming. We actually did all the preparations with guidance and some help from Chef Vary. She used local seasonal ingredients. We made a delicious meal. She also offers private dinners so we ate with two other couples. It was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend it.
