Excellent trip. Tour guide was very informative and I saved a lot of time by skipping the main line.

Viator could not do anything about the long security screening line, but given what is going on in the world security lines are unavoidable and a necessary evil.

So happy to have had this tour to skip ahead of the lines! The lines for each museum were ridiculously long - at least 2 hours wait. With the tour, it only took 20 mins to get the tour together, get our headsets and go inside. The meeting point was easy to find - the reps wear bright yellow jackets on them so check-in was easy.

The guides were great too. We had a different guide for each museum, and they were knowledgeable and kept the tour interesting.

Just a note - I went during prime tourist season, so both museums were very busy inside. If you want to have time to relax and experience the museums without the crowds, don't go during the summer!

Tour guides were very knowledgable and extremely nice to the grandchildren when they asked questions. They spoke to the grandchildren directly when answering the questions.

These two tours were well worth the time and money spent. We were able to avoid long lines at both museums. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to keep our group together. My husband and I were both happy that we booked these yours in advance.

These tours are really worth it, otherwise, you will be standing in line for about 3 hours just to get in to see David. Both tours were very enjoyable and informative. They both really just highlight the major works but that's the point. If you want to see more, you can stay in the museums as long as you like after the tour.

This tour was in 2 parts, with a delicious lunch after the first part. Both were informative and interesting with most of the well known pieces covered by the guide. Well worth doing

Wish I could remember this guide's name, I will ID him by the fact he said that Venus was his girlfriend, he really liked the Boticelli room! Super enthusiastic guide for the Uffizi, got a real taste for how he felt about the art and history of Italy, and this guy was an authentic Italian, just a cool feeling to get.
Almost made me forget about the beautifully dressed guide we had in the morning that just loved Michelangelo, we were hoping to get her in the afternoon, but ended up with someone just as good! These Viator guides are really awesome!

We did the Accademia tour in the morning with a very knowledgable, pleasant woman can't recall her name. We had plenty of time to take 100s of photos and learn about Michelangelo and other info. In the afternoon we joined Catarina for the Uffizi tour. She also was very knowledgeable and pleasant, taking us through to see do many of the famous works. We didn't join the group between for lunch, we ate on our own. Bring your own headphones if you find the hard, round plastic ones uncomfortable for your ears!!

I pre-boooked the Academia and Uffizi tours and was very glad I had done so once I saw the size of the lines. The guides were exceptional! They not only spoke clear concise English, but they were both very passionate about art and Italian history.
Highly recommended!

So very pleased we booked these tours, saved hours of queueing and was really informative. We also had free time in each venue to explore on our own. The art and suclptuary were amazing, seeing the David was quite a moving experience. Would highly recommend this booking.

I travel a lot and this was a great experience. When i walked up to the entry, the guide asked if I was looking for Viator and then everything was taken care of. Il Davido is worth the trip to Florence..

This tour was amazing. The only thing was that the second half was a little too long because we were tired!

Absolutely well worth the money. You skip the line and have a professional knowledgeable guide. Deborah at the Uffizi was fantastic.

Loved the tour, but perhaps in the future it can be done without knocking tourists.

There is so much to see in these places. We felt like our guides touched on the highlights and gave use interesting information. Then we were able to explore on our own.

Great tour. Got to see Michelangelo's David, and works by Da Vinci, Boticelli, Titian and Raphael. I was also very happy to see the first Stradivari Viola, circa 1716.

Very interesting trip. We found the stairs a bit taxing the day after climbing up the steps in the Duomo !
