We did a self tour for the Uffizi. The great thing with these tickets was skipping the line of course. Highly recommended.
Easy to find the tour company with our tickets and certainly beats waiting in a very long queue to buy tickets. There is still limited wait time to get through security but Uffizi is worth visiting.
Great to beat the massive queues. Tour representative was easy to locate. The Uffizi Gallery was incredible, so much to see and lovely to be able to stroll around at our own leisure.
There was a super long line up for the gallery the day we went and it was only 9 am! We found our guide, got our tickets and were right into the gallery before the large masses of people entered. Well worth it, to save hours of our day in lineups and crowds.
Absolutely worth it! The lines to Florence's museums are always very long and I do recommend getting the tickets ahead of time. Thank you very much, Viator!
Excellent customer service. We had initially booked the wrong tour - we had booked just the pre-reserved tickets without a guide. Sent an email to Viator 24 hours before the tour and the local tour company quickly made the amendment to a tour with a guide at the last minute at no extra charge and no fuss. Our guide was super knowledgeable and very considerate of the group's needs and responsive to the questions. The tour is comprehensive enough for those who aren't art experts and need some guidance as to the significance of the major works housed in the Uffizi. I would highly recommend this tour, particularly since it is not that great of a premium to buying normal tickets but you get a guide and to skip the lines my pet hate!. Thanks to our tour guide - she was wonderful!
Awesome day and perfect experience to skip the line, it was very smooth
We booked the earliest we could to avoid the lines and the heat. No real long lines to skip honestly. We got in in under 5 minutes and if we hadn't bought the skip the lines it would have taken us probably 15 minutes. I'd still advise buying skip the line tix if you're going to Florence in July. Why spend thousands in hotel/airfare etc and then not spend a few extra dollars and risk waiting in line for hours? What you're really buying is peace of mind. Well worth it.
The tour guide that met us at the door was very friendly! I can not understand why you would want to spend hours in a line when you can get a skip the line ticket and be in the cool muesum within minutes! Great money spent!
The price was worth it to skip the loooooong line. Make sure you are on time to redeem your voucher. If you have any interest in the Renaissance, in art, or both, skip the line, but do not skip this museum!
Absotively my most favorite museum ever-I could live there. Wonderful little museum cafe. Was my first stop
Very efficient. No muss no fuss! We literally went right in to the gallery. Could not have been more smooth. Well worth it!
I had misunderstood how I was supposed to get the tickets to get into the Uffizi. My party was about 5 minutes late and then had the problem figuring out what we were supposed to do. I was able to get in touch with the local tour operator and they were very good. They found their person at the gallery and had her come back to the door to give us our ticket. I think this was excellent customer service and very much appreciated it. After this I called the local tour operator to be certain I knew what to do.
Representative was on time, efficient, and museum great as usual.
Uffizi Gallery is fantastic and we have no problem with skip de line, the guide was waiting for us in time.
The Uffizi Gallery deserves at least a week as there is so much to see, but the skip the line offers the best use of time as the lines are long otherwise. Worth the extra money!
