Out tour guide Federica was amazing.... she was bubbly, knowledgeable and engaging. Skipping the line was worth it and getting to get some context beyond the artwork was exactly what we were hoping for.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable having grown up in Florence. Getting into the Gallery quickly with a small group is a big plus, as the lines are very long. The only negative is some exhibit areas were closed because the gallery is understaffed and has problems attracting workers.

The tour operators were well organized and quickly organized a rather large crowd into manageable groups. Our tour guide, Federica, was outstanding. With a degree in art history and a great sense of humor, she was both informative and entertaining. We learned a lot and really enjoyed the tour.

Great tour. A bit long for teenagers who prefer to view key pieces and move on. Skipping the immense lines is the way to go.

Just loved this tour. It was so different and informative without becoming boring. Exploring the Secret Passages was something most don't do and being in such a small group was perfect there were 6 of us plus 2 kids
