Our guide loved her job and her city. It's a bit of a rushed tour. But I'd recommend to get an overview of the Uffizi and skip the line

The Uffizi Gallery is vast, so a good guide is necessary to find the highlights for us, such as the Botticelli Birth of Venus. The pace was steady, but not rushed, so we were able to see what we wanted. The young woman was knowledgeable, and spoke good English.

This was the best of our pre booked trips - absolutely worth every penny. Even though we still had a bit of a wait about 20 mins it was worth paying to join the skip the line queue on a very busy Sunday with school parties getting in before us. The guide Angelo was fantastic and what he didn't know about Art and art history wasn't worth knowing Remember to have some change to tip at the end. The hour and a half flew by and we got so much more out of the paintings by having them explained. We also spent another hour or more after the tour in the gallery. If you do one thing in Florence, ensure you book this.

Ouystanding tour. Our guide provided us with art history and Florence culture in a pleasant and entertaining trip. Without her expertise, we would have been adrift in the large museum and missed a lot.
