CHATRVISAH E Thailand
The tour was amazing. Our guide Cristiano was very helpful. We saw all the important paintings with details. Totally recommended.
This tour was 2nd to none, we were lucky in that there were only the 2 of us as was off season in December so it really felt like a personal tour of the Uffizi. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and our 90 min tour was actually 2 hours!! Would highly recommend!!
Guida was an terrific guide, she definitely knows her art and made the tour extremely interesting. I would do this again!
This was an amazing tour, the lines were really long is you did not purchase the miss the line tickets.
The skip the line aspect was nice, beating out many random walks-ups. However, if you purchase just admission directly from the museum ahead of time, you may be able to get a set entry time to allow for the same skipping benefit.
The tour itself is nice, taking you through the essential rooms of this fine museum and giving great context. I would recommend saving time after the tour to visit other areas the tour is unable to cover.
The radios and headsets could have been better. The channel wasn't the clearest, with feedback coming through. And the headset provided was a single earbud, allowing for distractions to enter the other ear. These factors sometimes made it difficult to hear the guide and get the full experience.
Excellent and the tour guide was very necessary in order to see the more important things to ourselves.
Overall the tour was fantastic but the museum was sooo packed!
Small and basically personal tour. Uffizi gallery is huge and which so much to see, it was great to be guided and know the history of the Medici
The tour guide was not great. She was hard to understand and would spend too much time on single works.
The tour guide was friendly and informative, but it was quite difficult to hear her at times and her English could have been better. The tour took 2 hours in total, which was longer than we expected. Overall I would recommend it, but think there is room for improvement.
We were able to book the day before and get the time slot we wanted, which was great. You are met by the guide who walks you through security. However, the guide was very average and you could save your money by booking way ahead and using a good audio tour.
Works of art were awesome and not to be missed, the tour was not so good, loads of people couldn't hear the guide as the radio/ ear pieces were rubbish. We paid for guide and skipping the queue, I would take your chances with queue as there was hardly one there, and we still had to wait! The guide seemed knowledgeable from the bits that we heard without using the radios. Next time I'll pay on the entrance and rent an audio guide.
Our guide was distinctly average but overall the tour was worth doing to get an insight into some of the more famous pieces of work in the gallery.
The museum was very crowded, the guide was hard to understand and the audio ear buds system they used did not function very well. Even the guide commented on how cheap they were.
The tour was quite disappointing - the tour started a little late, the guide was rather monotonous and her English was quite accented and hard to follow. Not what I expected..
We were visiting with my one year old daughter which is why we got these tickets, since regular skip the line passes were sold out. It took us almost an hour to get into the Ufizi, then we spent the next 45min in the stairs and the entrance. Thats almost two hours before we even went inside. After that we gave back our listening devices which were awful and walked away to explore ourselves.
