Really good day out - quite a long day spent travelling but worth it. Did the trolley bus when got there so could see the island and where we wanted to see again. Had lunch, walked round some shops and went to beach. Water lovely and clear, lots to see and very clean.
The trip met all expectations. The couple that took us from the Sheraton to downtown Miami were exceptional.
Great. Long day but well worth it. The driver was skilled, informative of the history and calling out attention to details as we passed them. Answered questions. The hop on hop off trolley was great. It gave us the chance to pick what was of interest to us along with the narration of Key West. Restaurants were reasonable.
It was perfect from beginning to end.The driver was excellent.Bus very comfy. We even had a guide to all places of interest from the time we left Miami.I would use this company any time.
On time, helpful and informative. Comfortable bus
Went on a bus that specializes in Key West. It was raining when the bus arrived at Key West. There was 6 hours for the activities. There are many activities. We had lunch at a seafood restaurant at a marina, then went on the conch train, then wen to the Truman vacation home. There went the 6 hours. There were other activities offered. No time to go on the other activities
A long day, but a very comfortable coach, and the driver and guide were very helpful.
Tour was very organized and the driver was very nice and he had a lot of knowledge about the Keys. I definitely recommend the tour.
I especially recommend the upgrade to the snorkeling cruise trip because it was just amazing and worth every penny! The water was super clear and the fish and corals were beautiful.
We were allowed to believe by the phone sales agent that this was a boat tour and when we tried to cancel were told the window to cancel had closed. All of that said, we ended up having a wonderful time on the BUS trip to Key West. The driver and seasoned pro gave a great narration (in 2 languages) along the trip. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone.
The trip to Key West itself was great, but some of the logistics were wanting. We started off in Fort Lauderdale, took a van to a hotel in Miami, and then waited for 50 minutes for the bus to Key West. I had a hard time getting a human being at Gray Line Miami, and when I did, I didn't get any good answers. It wouldn't have been quite so unpleasant had there been seating in front of the hotel, but alas, no.
Booked this trip through Viator. Thought they were going to put my me and my husband on Miami Gray Lines but instead was put on Cubanacana. We first met the shuttle bus in Fort Lauderdale which they were prompt and dropped us off in Miami to catch the Charter Bus. Cubanacana's original bus broke down so the replacement bus arrived 45 minutes later which I understood but not sure if they put us on a back up bus. We had a pretty good rain storm in Miami so the bus roof leaked towards the back of the bus. Luckily it wasn't a full bus so we could move to another seat. Restroom was provided. We could only use 1 and not 2. I didn't have to use the restroom but my husband did. He said that the floor was sinking in. Kind of leary that he might fall through the floor. No toilet paper was provided and no light in the restroom. At night he had to rely on passing street lights to provide lights. I'm not sure if the bus was having A/C issues because it was on intermittently. There were times where it was unbearably hot and felt a little bad for the toddler behind us who was sleeping and I'm assuming was restless because it was so hot on the bus. I think next time I'm better off saving 200 and driving my rental to the Keys and spend the night and spend more than 6 hours at the Keys.
Used the tour for transportation as did not feel like driving 5 hours there and back. Was worth it. Smooth interesting bus ride, with great views on either side. Comforable and informative.
Had a full 6 hours from around 11 30 to 5 30 ish to do it all. Mostly, walked around the pier, Southern most point, had lunch, and walked Duval street. Drive home was pleasant, fell asleep after sunset.
Don't drive it.... BUS it... if going for a day. There are tours you can do to add, but since i have been before did not need.
Our tour was very satisfying, first time to Key West Tour bus seats uncomfortable, for 3 hour ride tour guide was very gracious considerate and accommodating wonderful smile amazing fluent in languages overall a good time and didn't worry about driving..
this was a wonderful trip. It would be helpful if the tour included pick up from hotels in Fort Lauderdale but as it is a early start. this may not be feasible. We like to take pictures and found the bus windows dirty. Our guide was very informative and all in all it was a very long but great day.
Although it was a long day, it was nice to have the help of Lily to help plan our day! Worth leaving it to the professionals and not try to drive there ourselves
No stops on the way back. One would of been appreciated. No toilet paper on bus bathroom. Guide was nice but told us how much we should tip him. I didn't feel that was appropriate. Otherwise it was nice and would recommend Viator.
a long day but worth it. glass bottom boat was well worth the money.
Maybe an over night tour in key west would be great. I know I would and im sure you would have more people. Otherwise the tour was excellent.
No hotel pick up and drop off a down point, dropped off at end of long day in Miami without proper instructions of where to meet van. Originally went to meeting point in morning to be picked up by driver who spoke little English and didn't tell us he was taking us to Miami to meet main bus
No chargering ports on bus, tour guide was forceful in what she was selling regardless of the fact we already bought a tour before hand. Seats were rough for such a long ride. Snorkeling was great.Tour guide did not give us appropriate directions of where to find fury check in.Serveral of usgot lost
The tour guides were knowledgable. It was very confusing when you first got to Stop 1. Why you were standing there in sweltering heat and 4 unmanned trolleys were waiting there? Didn't seem like any of the trolley organizers cared if you had a good time. The drivers definitely cared.
