great trip! The staff was very professional and the bus driver Nathan Parker was very friendly. Because the sea was somewhat stormy, they sent a guide with us to help us navigate the Deadman's Reef. While there weren't as many fish as I expected perhaps because of the storm, it was a nice experience

Bus came at exactly the time we were told to be ready. Driver was knowledgeable about sights as we passed them. Upon arriving at Paradise Cove, Barry and his supportive staff helped us with gear, and safety. This was our 2nd trip here and we will definitely return. Also went spear fishing! Loved it!

Loved this day pass! The snorkeling was awesome! I was with my friends but would also be great for families. For the price this was an excellent value as well.

Secluded little place all by itself, the people were nice. We loved seeing all of the fish and sea turtles. Big area to snorkel, paddleboard and kayak. The lunch only included your choice of a burger, chicken sandwich or hot dog and a soda or water. Included snack was chips or cookies. Worth the $

Better deal than the ones sold by cruise ships. Convenient pick-up/drop-off location. Travel is about 30minutes each way to/from cruise port traveled with other paying groups. Private beach, fine sand, clear water, fun activities as advertised: kayak, paddle board, snorkeling. Food option can be better or better yet just go back to the ship for buffet. Great overall experience for the price and good experience of what the place has to offer. Reliable local driver and vehicle mini-bus.

Paradise Cove was a set of wooden huts on a secluded cove in the Bahamas. The equipment was nice and the people were very friendly. The food stand was clean and the food tasted good. The artificial reef had many fish. The swim to the natural reef was for strong swimmers only. Once there it was amazing: sea turtles, squid, sharks, barracuda, many types of coral, schools of fish, etc. Definitely the highlight of our cruise.

An absolute must when visiting Freeport! A little busy when cruise crowds are there, lines are long and the staff at counter could use some help. Experience was amazing. Snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding and just chilling. Beautiful spot for all of that. My teenage girls loved doing all.

The beach was absolutely gorgeous. So glad we went to Paradise Cove. Finding the transportation when we debarked from the ship was extremely easy. It was so nice to have a covered place to wait for the shuttle to the beach. The kids enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks. The crew was prompt for the return to the ship as well. It was the only excursion we did and so glad we did this one.

I would highly recommend to visit Paradise Cove and buy Day Pass that includes lunch, kayaking, snorkeling.... Do not bring to much stuff because locker room is a bit small. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While snorkeling, I saw many turtles, sting rays, beautiful corals, and many different fish porcupine fish, barracuda.... It was worth every penny.

Booked this instead of a similar one through Carnival cruise because this one was less expensive. We did the all inclusive; snorkeled, used the yellow waist floatation device, brought cash for a locker and umbrella, and lunch was included. Had a sign at the cruise port and 2 return times. Thumbs up!

We took this tour during our day in Freeport while on a cruise. I cannot say enough good things about the tour! The guide picked us up promptly at 9 am, and told us a lot about the island on the 20 minute drive to the beach. The beach itself was secluded, and there were so few people there it was like was had a private beach! We were given snorkel equipment, and were able to snorkel for as long as we liked. We saw a variety of wildlife in its natural habitat--sea turtles, stingrays, and hundreds of different kinds of fish. It was an incredible day. At the end, we were brought back to our cruise ship, with plenty of time to spare. The staff was great about making sure everyone got where they needed to be on time. Highly recommend--I would definitely do this again!!!

Our group, 7 people, had a wonderful day! The waters were a little choppy due to high winds, so we were unable to paddleboard and it caused some challenges snorkeling especially for a couple of beginners in our group. The facility is quaint and the staff is fantastic. We were able to see lots of fish, including a barracuda, and a couple of sea turtles during our snorkeling excursion. The shuttle was brand new and the driver, Mr. Parker, shared lots of facts about the island. The shuttle didn't have our reservation down, but the office staff worked diligently to correct the situation that morning and still picked us up close to the original time. Overall, Great experience!

My family and I booked this through viator instead of our cruise line carnival. Carnival was about 30 dollars more than viator. I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed this excursion! They met us right off the ship and communicated well. The ride to Paradise Cove was about 25 min.

Snorkeling equipment and lunch was included. We were a bit nervous because we are first time snorkelers, but rest assured they have experts to talk you through your first time adventure. You will need to swim to the small islands in order to view the bigger fish. The islands don't look too far to the eye, however, just FYI it's pretty far for those who are not strong swimmers. The equipment does include a float to help you along. My son in law and I ended up renting a boat ride to the islands and the rest of my family swam there. The ride was about 5 each way and well worth it! For those who do not like deep waters, there is a spot in the shallow waters to view fish.

Hamburgers and hotdogs along with soda and rum punch were included in this deal, but you may opt to pay a little more for other food on menu which was quit affordable. What we liked most about this excursion was that there were no crowds and it was very nice and relaxing. Although the weather was not optimal windy and cold the crystal clear water was warm like bath water. We had a blast!
