On the way to the airport, we stopped at a working sugar cane and coffee plantation. We were able to see how the sugar cane liquor was produced and sample the product. We also saw how they processed the coffee and sampled the coffee. The stop broke up the trip to Baltra nicely. The talk was informative. Thankfully my daughter was able to translate as the guide's English and most of our Spanish was limited. I was grateful to have help with luggage and a home pick up.
