I loved it! At first I was unsure about being on a boat for 4 days (eating, sleeping etc), but after the first few hours, I got accustomed to the lifestyle! The catamaran was smoother than I thought it was going to be. We visited a total of 4 islands during the 3-night trip, which gave us a great glimpse into what the Galapagos is all about. I could have definitely stayed a little longer - maybe 4 or 5 nights would have been the perfect amount of time to spend there. We had a great crew and a friendly guide. The food on board was delicious too - special shout out to the chef who made such a varied menu giving the size of is kitchen!

Going to the Galapagos was a dream come true, and we had a lot of fun on the Nemo I. This cruise was definitely for younger adults (ages 25 - 35), but don't be put off booking if you're older than this, as all activities are easy to do. As long as you don't mind a younger demographic on the boat! The majority of the cruising occurs while you're sleeping at night and it's fun to wake up in a completely new place each morning! Take along some sea sickness pills just in case - we used them and felt completely fine at night while the catamaran was sailing along. The islands we visited were amazing, so much fun to see all the animals! Tortoises, sea turtles, sharks, blue-footed boobies, red-footed boobies, Nazca boobies, sea lions, iguanas, dolphins, tons of other birds and even a humpback whale! It's incredible how close you can get to the animals (make sure you stay at least 6 feet, or 2 meters away) and they don't mind at all. Our guide was funny, had a good personality and most importantly knowledgeable. The crew was friendly, hospitable and kept everything clean and in order. I would definitely recommend booking the Nemo I!

The tour was very good. The boat is big so you barely notice that there were 14 guests, 5 crew, and a naturalist onboard. The food was good and was served buffet style. Some of my favorite parts were just sitting up top on the boat as it was moving. It was very relaxing and there were Islands and birds to see along the way.

The boat only used the sails once while on the trip. They said the wind conditions werent right the other times.

The room was small but the only time we spent in there was to sleep, change clothes, or use the restroom.

I was a little nervous about sleeping on the boat, especially while it was moving, but it was fine. No one got seasick.

Overall I would recommend a cataraman over a regular boat. Especially a small boat such as this one. All guests and the naturalist could fit in the dingey at the same time so we spent less time getting on and off the different islands vs bigger boats that needed to make multiple trips.

This was an amazing experience and we would highly recommend it . Food crew and guide Ivanwere excellent and experiencing the Galapagos islands by water gives a bit of a historic perspective .The range of wildlife and geographic diversity is much wider than you would see on a land trip only . For example we saw Orcas from the boat at sea. One area for improvement relates to the day of pick up where you are spending time waiting for other passengers and visiting the Charles Darwin centre which is disappointing and can be done easily without a guide . The second area for improvement relates to drop off and pickup. The trip includes one trip from the airport to the port Unfortunately it is only available at the start of the trip . Not one of the members of our trip needed to be pick-up at the airport as all were already at the port and all were spending more time in the Galapagos so needed to get back to Puerto Ayora .The company refused to arrange for transportation from the airport to the port at the end of the trip so pocketed the 35 per person they have built into their cost .Both of these observations are irritations and easily corrected by the company . Neither of these shortfalls should discourage people from taking this cruise and experiencing the other islands close up.
