Our guide was a driving encyclopedia and didn’t waste any time in starting his narration and every turn seemed to have a view or historical background. Good humor was sprinkled in as well. We are very pleased with what we were able to see in just three hours. Smooth process from beginning to end.
The tour was well organised. Our driver and guide gave us brief but significant overview of every places. An experienced and highly skilled driver that knows every nooks and crannies of Gibraltar. However, it was all rushed up and didn’t have enough time. Just to tick the list off otherwise not a great place to stay longer for me personally.
Unfortunately, having booked an English tour we were then joined by 2 Germans so had to hear German tour tape as well. There was a very dangerous end to the tour of WW2 tunnels when we all lost our way out and ended up proceding down a totally dark tunnel with open "man hole" covers full of wires! "Oh, somebody must have removed the bit if no-entry tape", we were told. Appart from this, a good tour.
HeavyGerman accent for english tour. Dropped us off at tunnels with no explanation of what was to happen next or where to go. Poor narration on drive saying things like ‘this building up ahead is .... ‘. Tell us what side of the street, what color is the building! Most of the time we had no idea what the guide was trying to highlight.
