Excellent tour guide and very good driver. We have lots of fun and laugh.
Was a wonderful tour. The Loch Lomond area was beautiful and relaxing. Stirling Castle was remarkable. Our guide said the only thing we will say about it was that we had too little of time and we agree. It would have been nice to tour this castle without time constraint. Would love to go back and just spend half a day there
Great tour guide. Got us to the sites early before long lines. Very informative, beautiful scenery and enough time at each location to explore on your own. High recommend!
Had a wonderful excursion - the guide was incredible, funny and knowledgeable which really adds to the day.
Better price than cruise ship -- driver was very thorough and was very aware of time to get back to ship.
The tour was wonderful with a special added surprise since we were in a small shuttle bus. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. We visited Stirling Castle and learned a lot about Robert the Bruce and William Wallace, Loch Lomand and the beautiful little town of Luss, lunch in Aberfoyle and then through the Trossachs and the special surprise stop at Doune Castle for all Monty Python and Outlander fans. Loved it!
This was an excellent tour. The countryside is beautiful and the Trossachs were spectacular. Our tour ran 15 minutes late due to a company policy that the driver had to wait 15 minutes for a couple that did not show, and put us behind at Stirling Castle. The other tour groups had 2hrs and this is minimum to view the castle. The guide we had was very knowledgeable and works with Timberbush Tours. Very professional and excellent driver and tour guide. Timberbrush tours were fantastic.
Well worth the money. We did tour activities that the cruise ship could not offer us and if they did it would have cost double the amount we paid for this excursion.
This was a fabulous tour and Sterling Castle was fun to explore. Our guide was great! Great way to see the beauty of the Highlands and Lochs.
Met our driver, Jamie, at the ship dock, leaving a little after 9 AM since we waited for 4 people who never showed. 1st stop Stirling Castle, which we had purchased the tickets to tour it, very glad we did! The Castle has many interactive learning exhibits, great for kids and adults. There were clothes to try on. In one room, with a display of many of the wood carvings, was a wood carving that the artist encouraged people to touch, to get to really feel the wood. Later, there were videos showing how the artist was recreating many of the wood carvings that had been destroyed over the years. I enjoyed watching them. This Castle had been occupied by Mary, Queen of Scots, and renovated by Queen Elizabeth for tourists.
We traveled through Trossachs National Park, lots of rolling green hills, occupied by sheep and wee hairy coos cattle. We stopped for an opportunity to take pictures of the beautiful scenery and the cattle. Being from Colorado, their mountains are rolling hills to me but still very beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
We stopped in Aberfoyle for a late lunch. Since we only had an hour, we ate lunch and didnt shop.
Last stop Loch Lomond, largest inland stretch of freshwater. We headed to the beach area, where I was tempted to wade in. It was a much warmer day then had been predicted and then we had been experiencing, I was way overdressed. We did take a few pictures before we left.
Jamie did an awesome job and got us back to our ship in plenty of time. I thoroughly enjoyed the excursion.
Our guide Anthony was entertaining and great. Paddy Wagon tours was very accommodating and an enjoyable, stress free day! I would recommend it to anyone.
We loved the scenery - so beautiful! Wonderful drives through the Trossachs - took our breath away! Lovely villages. A bit too quick of a lunch - it'd be nice to spend more times in both villages. But worth the overall tour. Our guide was very enjoyable. Excellent bus. The music in the bus on the return trip was too loud and a bit obnoxious pop music, but the earlier music was enjoyable and from regional performers.
Scotland is so beautiful this was the best of the British Isles for me. The guide Eric was very experienced and shared his knowledge willingly. Stirling Castle is a must see if you are wondering how the royals lived back then. And it sits amidst the battlefields seen in Braveheart - so if you are fan, it's worth it. Seeing Scotland without a trek through the Trossachs would not be complete - beautiful countryside that goes on and on. Loved it all!
The Scottish countryside was magnificent. So green and vibrant. Weather was very pleasant. No rain.Stirling Castle and the Loch Lomond areas we beautiful. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Brian and Jo Lynne
Great tour...informative narration by driver,,,,due to a traffic accident on the road we did not get to Loch Lomond arranged site, but our driver was able to take us to another area of the lake and get us back in time to our cruise ship. Would recommend this tour.

Paul was our guide on this tour, and he was not the legendary 'dour Scot' by any means. He chatted quite comfortably from his driver's seat in the bus, and had a happy knack of knowing when we had heard enough information and stories and just wanted to enjoy the views. It was at these times when he would play soft Scottish background music - a perfect match for the beautiful Scottish countryside. Stirling Castle is a must if you are visiting Scotland, and the Trossachs and highlands were simply stunning.......the beautiful sunny day helped. Do this tour for a lovely way to experience the gorgeous Scottish countryside.
This tour was amazing. Our guide Gabriel was the best tour guide ever he got us to Blarney Castle first so we had no queue. He was knowledgeable, funny, and gas much good advice. I highly recommend this tour.
Excellent tour. Our guides were outstanding. We would highly recommend your company. The tour was very extensive and much cheaper than the ship tour. The history and commentary given by our tour guide were very interesting. We love Loch Lamond and the village that we toured there. The castle was very interesting.
What a fantastic Tour. All credit goes to our guide Alan. He was a walking encyclopedia and certainly made the tour very interesting. I wish all your guides had been like him. I learnt a lot about Scotland in just one day. From Politics, History to Vegetation, he knew it all. Please say a very big THANK YOU TO HIM.
Excellent excursion. It covered more areas than I expected. Price is very reasonable especially compared to what the cruise ships are charging. Will book again from this web site.
Stirling castle was enchanting, wish we could have spent more time there as the docents were particularly informative and made this stop a fascinating place.
