They canceled our trip due to weather and still charged us for the trip!! They even called and said they would send us a refund. 3 months later we're still waiting.

Really great experience.
The driver pick up on time and we get some refreshments before the flight. The view is amazing and it is a must do thing in Cappadocia.

Absolutely incredible experience. Picked up on time and delivered to the takeoff point. Nice bag of snacks and water. Boarded and we took off well ahead of sunrise. Hugged the ground and then went to 700 meters. Incredible!!

It was a fantastic experience and well organized. It was a little tight with so many people, so it may be worth upgrading to a tour with fewer folks if you want more space on the balloon. Overall a great experience that I’d recommend to anyone visiting.

Still waiting for refund

The trip was cancelled because the Turkish aviation agency grounded all balloons due to high wind. This is understandable and part of traveling in November. But still waiting on the refund. They're quick to charge, slow to refund.

We signed up for a sunrise balloon tour, but we didn't actually go up in the air until about 15 min. after the sun rose. It all turned out ok because it's such a beautiful experience. The staff was very nice.
