      It is best to go early when there are less people to enjoy the serenity of the gardens.
      You pay an upcharge, but if you waited last minute like I did then you can’t complainf.
      I had to change my time slot for the Nasrid Palace visit due to a changed train schedule and the tour operator went out of the way to assist in the changes.

      A great place, a good tour, but other service providers might be a bit closer to the entry

      The Alhambra is breathtaking and absolutely worth visiting. The ticket with audio guide was reasonably good, but the meeting point is located nearly a kilometre from the entry, with a steep hill to climb all the way. The literature, pass etc did not make clear you must carry your passport (not a paper or digital copy) to access the Nasrid Palace, necessitating another hill climb back to the entry to have the access ‘validated’. A €50 pp deposit is required to secure the audio set return, with 5 - 7 day refund delay for credit cards.

      Top tours via viatour was excellent Only change I would make is that it would have been helpful to ge advised of the 25 minute walk from Alhambra to collect them. Thankfully we did so the the day before our scheduled trip, else we would have been cream crakered with all the extra walking. Audio guides were good too. Thanks for arranging such a memorable experience.

      Nazaries Palace and Generalife are a must to be visited, however Alhambra is one of the best places to see in Spain

      The pick 🎟 pick up was organised perfectly well. The audio guides were very informative but perhaps a bit long (but that has nothing to do with Viator). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, as many times I booked excursions via Viator, the quality of guides WERE different, but the instructions where to go, who to meet, tickets....all was always working without a glitch.

      Absolutely 1st class, my wife & I opted to go for solo audio package as we wanted to do our own thing & at our own pace. The collection of the equipment & the quality of the audioguide was superb & made the whole experience very enjoyable We had read poor reviews on some websites, which were quite insulting, and we can only assume that these people did not read their documentation correctly, and should perhaps apologise for their comments. If we could give 10 stars then we would 👏👏👏👏👏

      Visiting the Alhambra was an amazing experience, but I would probably not rent the headsets for the audio tour again.

      Alhambra is great itself. The tour group's only function is providing much expensive tickets.

      Only thing this tour group, called My Top Tour, does is to provide general admission tickets with audio guide, at about $38 for each person. The Alhambra official website sells the same thing for about $18 each. The only problem is tickets tend to sell out at Alhambra official website, probably due to many tour groups buying up tickets in advance, then reselling in much higher price. The tour group doesn't provide any additional added value for our trip. Alhambra itself is great place to visit.

      It was all very impressive but not worth what we paid. When we got there we learned we could have had a personal tour guide for half the price we paid for audio.

      This product is not worth not even a third of the value that Viator relied on that company because . They absolutely do not do anything -an email confirmation that’s all I got ! Please don’t ever book that tour / You can just buy the same tickets on line , the same thing they sent me by email & do the self guiding tour for a fraction of what I was charged ., what a rip off & practically dud everything myself ! So why buy thru that tour operator that Viator uses ! . Viator you should be ashamed of having that type of charge for a self guiding tour !

      The flowers, architecture and seats to sit on in the shade. It would be helpful if there were more shady seats.

      The Alhambra is beautiful and so well worth a visit . The ticket process via Viator is cumbersome , and not easily recognised by staff in the ground . Make sure you take hard copy of tickets ( despite advice from Viator that digital copy is ok ) as digital copies not valid at some entry points . Internet connection required thro whole visit so costly if data roaming. Conflicting advice from guides . Original passports a must and no alternatives will do as security is very high . It’s easier to fly to Spain than get into the site !

      The Alhambra and Generalife were fabulous and I would recommend everyone to see them. What I would not do is recommend that they book tickets in advance with Viator. On the day we arrived at the entrance in good time and it became apparent that we could not access. the QR codes needed for entry An employee of the Alhambra helped us and was very patient and said she had to deal with Viator customers every day An American couple were having the same problem accessing the QR code. A phone call to “TopTours “ resulted in an answer phone message in Spanish only. We did eventually enter the Alhambra. Currently in March 2022 it does not seem that you have to book in advance. It is in any event possible to book on the official Alhambra website.

      Tickets didn’t download for entry

      The visit was enjoyable once we were finally able to get in. The Viator links w the email etc didn’t include the “real tickets” for entry. It was very frustrating at the gate trying to show we had paid already etc. We ended up having to call Viator and have them finally send a link to the tickets via What’sAp. A worker had to assist w Spanish. I would just buy a ticket at the gate if I went again. The Viator ticket didn’t help us skip any line. And it didn’t state that you need to have your passports on you. Luckily we did- as they checked the passports four time throughout the grounds.

      Bought this attraction. When I received the email it took a lot of time to download barcode for ticket and information on getting in the palace. Thankfully there were helpful staff otherwise I would have had to return back to a tour company in Granada to collect tickets!! Palace excellent really worth the visit.

      Booked a ticket with Toptours for a timeslot at 15.30, but the actual ticket I received only gave me the entrance at 17.00. Apparently this could not be changed by Toptours. So I had to adjust my evening programme. By the time I got into the palace the battery of my audioguide ran out, so I was not even able to use it. Audio guide also not as inspiring as I had hoped for. Quite factual, no story telling. I would recommend to do the Alhambra by yourself or with a tourguide.

      The Alhambra was wonderful The issue was that I have a question and tried to get an answer 1. emailed the tour operator and received the answer one day after the tour 2. I went early morning to where was announced as the local office, after checking address and opening time, and there were closed (while in the internet marked as open) . The only notice was "we are closed" and the web address 3. In the web I found a phone number that I have to call as a "international call from my phone" (awaiting the bill now) and i had to call x 3. Just at the end after the "if you want this mark 1 ...." etc they say you can use whatsup using a different number that took me another call to make the note of the number .... Everything just to get a "no" as answer Probably a legitime 'no" but it should be easier to contact somebody . If there are not going to be in the office ....dont even mention the office ... if there are not going to be open......dont state "open from 9 AM... If the best way is use whatsup messages ...just say that at the beginning ....
