Private Tour: Seville Day Trip from Granada

Plaza de Espana, Seville

After pickup from your centrally located Granada hotel, you’ll greet your private guide and begin the scenic journey to Seville. Receive an interesting introduction to the Spanish city’s history before disembarking on arrival in central Seville.

First, gaze at the architectural grandeur of the UNESCO-listed Seville Cathedral — the largest Gothic cathedral in the world — and appreciate the Giralda Tower (La Giralda), an existing architectural feature that pays testament to the cathedral’s 12th-century Moorish foundation.

In the charming quarter of Santa Cruz, the city’s Jewish district, you’ll take a guided tour of the narrow streets and discover Seville’s Jewish heritage. Visit the ancient Alcazar of Seville to explore the opulent chambers and beautiful gardens of the palace complex and then browse masterpieces within the Seville Fine Arts Museum.

After a full day of undivided attention from your private guide, you’ll return to your Granada hotel.

This was an excellent trip. We really enjoyed the ride with Mike Schrave and greatly enjoyed talking to him during the 2.5 hours ride each way. He was very courteous and helpful.

The tour guide in Seville Sophia was wonderful. Without her, we would have not enjoyed the tour of Al Cazar palce in Seville. She knew the history of the palace and her knowledge of Islamic Art and Architecture shown at the palace was fascinating. I told her she was the best tour guide in Spain. It was a pleasure to meet her during our trip.

Seville is a wonderful city but not my favorite in Spain. The tour was excellent and I certainly recommend the services you provided.

Good trip (good guide and driver and of course the beauty of Seville itself) but expensive.
