    It is easier to park at Alhambra where parking is plentiful than near the office.
    Word to the wise though, it's a pretty long tour, so wear very comfortable walking shoes!
    Not as scary as it looks but circular stairs are a bit tight.

    Our tour guide was wonderful. He was very informative and personable. The tour itself was good... but... it didn't include one of the most iconic and beautiful parts of the Alhambra - the Nazarene Palace with the Patio of the Lions. We weren't even told about it. If we hadn't known it existed, we would have missed it.

    Nice, well spoken guide. Fairly thorough tour except no visit to the Nazrid palace. But that was not the tour’s fault. Need to make the reservation more in advance than we did.

    Marco was wonderful. If you will be communicating with him, please tell him that the American doctor from Boston thanks him again. His tour displayed great knowledge and he was an wonderful man and excellent communicator. I have been to Alhambra multiple times (this trip was for my grandchildren) and this tour was, nevertheless, a highlight of my recent trip to Andalusia.     The guide was good. His English wasn't easy to understand, but I'd give him a three or four stars. I gave the overall one star because of the way this tour was advertised, with no-cancellation policy. When it says Alhambra + Generalife, one would assume the Alhambra part would include the core experience, of course. Nasrid wasn't, after all, and who would go to Alhambra without expecting to see Nasrid? The "what is not included" list was only printed in the link from the confirmation email. Again, no cancellation, and as a naive tourist I wouldn't have known what Nasrid really was either in advance. I feel scammed after missing what I considered the very highlight of my family's week-long journey into Spain.
    The guide who is also a scholar made the difference.

    We were unable to get tickets to the Alhambra and found this instead, which allowed us to access the Alhambra and experience a wonderful tour. The guide was so knowledgeable and the pace was very good. Highly recommend.

    Guide and tour operator didn’t mention beforehand that strollers aren’t allowed in the palace. Also to be honest a tour to the gardens is enough as the fortress isn’t impressive and the tour is long and not worth the cost

    The bad customer service I rsv and paid for my entrance with a guide. A day before my tour was cancelled and was giving different options. I had other plans so chose the best that would fit for my stay in Granada. I could not make it on time, because of the change of schedule, i was told i could not get a refund nor can i join the group a little late.

    Visiting Alhambra is definitely a must in life. We were very lucky to complete this trip driven by Fermin. He guided us through all the buildings, interior yards, and gardens of that beautiful and unique place, enriching the experience with a lot of history, interesting legends, and a bunch of details, with such a passion that made the experience even more delightful and converted 3 hours of the tour in a minutes sensation. Thank you Fermin for revealing to us the magic of the Alhambra

    The tour guide was very good. He offered a wealth of knowledge and history - and well worth the investment. The average rating I have was down to some of the other guests who took up far too much of the guides time with their lack of preparation and personal issues.

    We came on a cruise ship that landed in Malaga which is nearly two hours from Granada . Because of distance tried to cancel but was told no refunds available. Trip recommended by viator consultant prior to trip but they refused to honor their guarantee. Never went
