To arrive late at an airport for the first time and step outside and see your name being held up, how easy is that.
Super easy, the guy was standing outside the airport with a sign with my name on and rushed straight over when he realised I was his passenger. He chatted to me the whole way to my destination and was very pleasant.

We. Were picked up, right on time, in front of the house we were staying in. We were whisked off to the airport while we had a very pleasant conversation with the agent and driver. Our trip was safe, secure, and punctual. I highly recommend this service.
Ou return transfer was made by the same driver (Mr. Eduardo), that took us from Guatemala City Airport to Antigua. As I said before a good driver, very kind and helpfull.

The van was clean and besides the traffic, everything went smoothly.
This was a very efficient transfer. The driver was waiting with a Viator sign and was easily identifiable. It definitely took all hassle out of the trying to find our way to Antigua after a long flight. I'd recommend this service.

Excellent airport pick-up. The guide met us and safely delivered us to our hotel in Antigua.
Fantastic, very reliable. The gentleman picking me up waited with me until a mini bus arrived to transfer me to Antigua. This is despite the fact that my flight was a bit delayed, and it was after 7 PM. Totally recommend Viator!!!

This transfer ended up being just right. A couple of errors were made, and viator fixed it. One recommendation would be to ask what company the person is representing at the airport. We asked if it was Viator, and of course they said yes. Company tags on the clothing would be useful. Thanks for making this a good experience.
Great pick up, without a hitch. My husband was coming into the country to meet me and did not speak any spanish, but had no problems. We had to pay for two, they will not transport less than two. The price was still the same that it would have been for a single pick up with other companies, so I felt is was worth it.
Very welcoming. It is shared transport so you may have to wait before you can leave about 30min for me and I ended up being the last off, so all told, more than 2 hours b/c there was pretty much bumper to bumper traffic the whole way on a Sat late afternoon!
I was met at arrivals by someone holding my name on a sign, a good start. But I was then made to wait in the van for a very long time and was eventually advised to take a taxi instead at an extra cost. Very disappointing.
This was awful. I waited three hours to be told that my transport wouldn and #39;t go unless I paid another 25 USD. No communication with the company there until I kicked up a huge fuss and because of the delay I missed my meeting.
Car dirty and filthy. No air conditioning either. After waiting over an hour for the operator to gather up for other people I would have been better off paying 10 more and getting a personal vehicle to take myself to Antigua in one that is clean and has air conditioning. It is all so upsetting to see the driver deal with road rage as he drove through the city streets of Antigua. I would not use again nor recommend.
When we arrived out of the airport, there was nobody to meet us and it was only by enlisting the help of a local porter where we able to phone the number on our booking voucher. They then promised to send somebody within 30 minutes but it was nearly an hour before our transport finally arrived. The nice man who arrived said he had been diverted from another job to pick us up. It seems ironic that we had received emails each day for the three days prior to our arrival reminding us to print our voucher while advertising other services the company could offer while we were in Guatemala, and yet on the day, they couldn't send a vehicle on time and had to be reminded. The vehicle and the driver were both excellent. We had booked the service because we do not speak Spanish and wanted a smooth transfer from airport to hotel, but this didn't prove to be the case, sadly!
