Great show and great seats. Well worth it to get the tickets ahead of time. Met the guide outside to get the tickets and went into the theater. No lines to wait in.

Excellent show - I was very impressed with the skill and storytelling. The ticket pickup was quite easy as well, as it was just next to the theatre. An audio-guide is nice if you wish to know more about the stories. This show is strongly recommended for everyone visiting Hanoi.

Underwhelmed..

They need to somehow share the plays storyline so the audience can better know what’s happening on stage. Perhaps end the play with the dragons and smoke. Beginning the performance that way the entire performance is smoky and harder to view.

Fantastic experience. Bringing a little bit of culture to our trip. Show only goes for an hour which is enough. We didn’t bother with the translation head phones. We got VIP tickets and was seated in the front row. Picking up tickets nearby was a very easy and quick process

Definitely a 'must see' whilst in Hanoi. It was a fascinating insight into Vietnamese culture performed by skilled puppeteers and musicians. Great for all ages.

Great for the whole family

Great show. Instruments and singing are beautiful. The water puppet tell a story even if you don't understand the language. This was our 2nd time, the first was in 2006. This time we brought our adult sons, daughter in law and grandson, it was their first visit to Vietnam and they all enjoyed it

The show was very good, music we enjoyed but you charged admission ticket, which were more than double. Even to collect the tickets, we had to go to a different location. We will never recommend you.. We have taken your services at Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang and are tensioned ?

Really enjoyed this show! Was in Vietnamese but you can buy audio to hear it in other languages and we were still able to follow it along even though it was in another language.

Excellent performance, poor service from seller

The spectacle is beautiful and interesting. Tge service from tge seller is NOT. You can purchase tickets from the Theatre, no queue, free seats available. They add 50% on top of the regular price and ask you to come at different place 30min ( not earlier, not later) to pick up the tickets. I had to make two calls to convince the seller to at least bring the tickets to the theatre and not at the hotel he asked. You receive the information about the tickets pick up only when you pay.

the show was amazing. it would really amaze you how they control the puppets while on water. though i dont understand the language, since the show was in Vietnamese, i can understand the story a bit. the movements were entertaining and funny. The voices and music were superb.

The water puppet show was fantastic. We had excellent seats in front of the stage. However, it was the first time we used 'Viator' and our experience with the platform was rather bad.

The puppet show was rather entertaining. Unfortunately, it's performed in vietnamese language and we couldn't understand whatwhat the story was about. Would be great if there's some writeup on it to be distributed to the audience to allow them to connect with the performance better.

Wie soll mans sagen ... Das Wasserpuppentheater war toll. Aber die Tickets sind Abzocke. An der Abendkasse kriegt man gleiche Tickets zum sehr viel geringeren Preis uns meistens ist es nicht ausverkauft. Wollte mir diese negativere Bewertung sparen weil immerhin der Prozess der Tickert Überstellung geklappt hat obwohl ich das auch schon Aufwändig fand in einem fremden Land so eine Hotelpforte zu finden .. aber bin jetzt 3 mal daran errinnert worden so die Info für alle. Mal schaun obs veröffentlicht wird ;-)

1°) trouver l hotel pour avoir son ticket 2°) trouver le theatre pourquoi ne pas acheter sa place directement sur place? place VIP? on est au 2eme rang pres de la porte d'entree qui s ouvre a chaque fois qu il y a des retardataires; personne ne nous a dit que l'on pouvait avoir un audiophone pour la traduction. Heureusement qu on a vu des gens en avoir! le spectacle : tres bien!
