Why Our Insiders Chose This Tour

You’ll be introduced to the important role local that food- and wine-producing families have played in this predominant Sonoma County wine town.

What You Can Expect

Healdsburg Wine and Food Pairing Walking Tour

Enjoy the culinary delights of Healdsburg, one of Sonoma County's foodie hotspots.

Find your way to the centrally located Healdsburg Plaza to meet your guide, a certified tourism ambassador in Sonoma County. As you set off walking, get to know your small group of fellow food enthusiasts, limited to 8 people or fewer.

Pause at a local bakery, perhaps Moustache Baked Goods or Costeaux French Bakery & Cafe, for some freshly baked artisan bread or a tasty pastry. Next up is the first wine tasting at Portalupi Wine. Learn about the producer's Italian-heritage wines through your guide's commentary and an educational tasting, paired with regional snacks sourced from Sonoma County.

Sip an infusion of a different kind at the Russian River Tea Company to cleanse your palate, then sample some farm-to-table fare at SHED or the Healdsburg General Store. At the Williamson Wines tasting room, dig in to some creative dishes while sipping several boutique wines and listening to the winemakers' stories about their family-run operations.

Your final wine tasting takes place at Thumbprint Cellars, accompanied by artisan cheese, jams and a charcuterie plate.

End your tour with a full belly after 2.5 hours and some great ideas as to where you'd like to explore further.

Please advise any specific dietary requirements in the "Special Requirements" field at time of booking.
