Helsinki Getaway

The half day archipelago excursion was a very pleasant way to spend the morning and not get too exhausted after. The walk was well organised and end with a nice delicious lunch prepared by our guide Jeff. Jeff is also very knowledgeable regarding the forest and surrounding areas and provided a lot of interesting information. Hope to come back one winter for another tour with Taiga Times !

Jeff, our friendly and knowledgeable guide and driver for our group of 3, shared so much interesting info with us about his adopted home country. We departed right on time, had an enjoyable drive through the beautiful countryside to an “ off the beaten path” area and walked for an 45 mins- 1 hour or so on easy trail on the Archipelago, then stopped for a delicious lunch which he prepared, showcasing Finnish specialties. It was a great way to get outside of the city and see and learn more about Finland. I highly recommend this excursion!
