A lot of history of the island

We learned so much history on our tour. I think my young granddaughters would have got bored but I found it very interesting.
Interesting but not handicap accessible.

I called prior to making my reservation to confirm the tour was handicapped accessible. I was told yes, however, after our wonderful guide took us thru the house, she told us the tour was not level. That doesn’t work for a wheelchair so we couldn’t do the walking part of the tour.

The Butterfly House was awesome but the history of the Museum and grounds really came to life when narrated by Carol. I enjoyed her knowledge, her enthusiasm and her patience. She made everything interesting and fun!
